I contacted Danielle online about setting up an appointment for a drop off with my car. They took my car in right away and Danielle kept in contact with me, attached photos of what the problem was, my options and the cost. My car was finished two days later and the price was way less than I expected from a chain shop. If I have any more car troubles, I will definitely take my car here. I highly recommend this place for all of your car needs and repairs.

Danielle and her team do a great job keeping our vehicles in good mechanical condition. I feel like they are honest with what work does and does not end to be done, their prices are fair, and I trust their technical skills.

I came here for my e-check and the woman who works the front office took my car around the lot to plug it in. She took 0 regards to vehicle height or grade of their own parking lot and scraped my front bumper into the concrete. She then proceeded to lie to my face that it was "gravel and my tires from braking". 1:I stood outside and watched it happen 2: if you are correct on your story, that means you were slamming on my brakes. If this is how they treat someone's property while you're there watching, how do they treat your car when you're not there? Have some courtesy and respect for people's property. If you don't know how to drive different cars, please just ask the driver to pull around. Now I have my first large scratch on the car.

We were starting our return to NJ when we heard a sound like something was dragging on the pavement. We took a look and couldn't see anything. As we were close by, we stopped in. Although they were fully booked up and very busy, one the the mechanics came out and checked things out quickly for us. He gave us an immediate and accurate diagnosis - a loose or rusted heat shield - that would not prevent us from completing our 400+ mile journey. Now THAT'S service!
