It was a bumpy transition at first, but it needed up bringing an exciting day. We waited a year to find our Trailhawk and found it in Indiana. So we had it shipped or transported to the Cleveland store and they took real good care of me and my husband. Thank you for all your help and finding what was missing in our trailhawk and making sure we received it. We Love our Trailhawk!!

We did all the online pre work with pictures of the registration and title and got an online quote for 7 days, we showed up and in 10 mins we’re getting told the same price would be honored and they’re going to write us a check in a few minutes, it’s was perfect, and our sales associate was super polite, very kind and respectful. I also did the same online pre-appraisal exercise at 3 other similar websites and carmax was the highest payer

Vehicle was released to me with a promise for service to call me with arrangements to have bodywork to be done near me.Was supposed be completed already. I have this in writing. Furthermore the associate said he would check with service to make sure they called. It’s been two weeks. I’ve heard nothing. Numerous attempts to contact CarMax has proven futile.

Everything went seamless. I paid 269 to have the car brought to cleveland. When i first viewed the car there were scratches on it. The manager refunded my 269 and had all scratches removed. No hassle . My sales person was great. The entire experience was wonderful.

I came to the store to get an offer. They offered exactly what they said they would online and 7 days later I came in with the car and 20 minutes left with a check. What an awesome experience.

I was able to search for the vehicle that I wanted, the color that I wanted and with the miles that I was willing to accept. I made sure the vehicle still had a manufacturer's warranty left. And saved at least $10K than if I had purchased it new.

Wouldn’t Recommend every vehicle comes with a 90 Day Warranty because it will need service within first 30 Days regardless of year, make or model

A sincere thank you to theteam at CarMax and MaxCare. Everyone I worked with worked especially hard and careful to assist with a major warranty claim with successful results and outcomes with the service centers involved in our vehicle breakdown.
The service and attention to detail was exceptional even with a very challenging vehicle breakdown. The experience turned out positive and even throw it took much patience and extra efforts to find solutions, it was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend CarMax and MaxCare extended warranties which combined helped save a $60,000 stranded vehicle which would not run and a $12,000 unexpected breakdown bill. Thank you everyone involved?

My mom and dad passed away 6 weeks apart. We had to sell their vehicle as a part of probate. My little sister and I had to get it taken care of quickly and had no idea what to do. We called different places, went on line, and we got all kinds of estimates. CarMax gave us the very best quote on line. We were in very bad mindsets as you can imagine. We had to get the title into our names first.
When we finally went to the CarMax office, we couldn’t have been more pleased! We were treated wonderfully by everyone there! They gave us exactly what they had quoted us on line. They made a sad situation so much easier for us. We have recommended CarMax to everyone since, and we’ll continue to do so!
