“My car had unexpectedly broke down and I was in need if a vehicle quickly and for a low price. From my initial phone call requesting information until I dropped the car off after my rental, my entire experience was excellent. They answered all questions right away and had me driving away in the rental by 5pm that same day. Eboney was very professional and took care of everything getting me the lowest price possible. There were no hidden fees or small print that popped up. The car was not the fanciest of cars but was a great price and got the job done. My only complaint about the vehicle would be that I could see clearly out the back window at all. It had a tint or something that was on the back window so it was completely blurry and all you could see were lights thru it. It was much better than my broken down vehicle and allowed me to go look for a new one so it got the job done for me. If you are in need of a short or long term rental I highly recommend CLERENTAL. They were absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with.”

Mobility Works got me in quickly, and discovered the lift had been installed incorrectly. Rather than charge me, they essentially honored the warranty on someone else’s work. “Came in on a Monday to pick up the car I rented. Tamika was behind the counter. She was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, she was the only counter rep there. The phones literally never stopped ringing. I'm glad I was the only customer there. Somehow, Tamika was able to continue answering phones and checked me out in a reasonable time.... She needs help Avis!! She was amazing. Now, the car. Usually, when renting a vehicle, it's beat. Doesn't matter what I rent. Sports car, SUV, sedan, they are always beat. Smell, wipers, etc. Always just seems like a rental.... Not this time. 2024 Mazda 7. It's nice. Smell, not bad. Even the wipers are duable..... Pleasantly surprised. First time with Avis as well. Very happy.”

“Car rental company pick up was great. Drop off at the airport was not. Was charged a $300 drop fee. When I called about dropping at the airport I wasn't told about this fee. I'm a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income.”

“My experience with Avis/Budget in Solon was very positive. This is the third time renting here in the past two months and they have taken great care of me three times in a row. My cars have all been full of gas and very clean. I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”
