“This was my first time traveling internationally from Thailand to Cleveland — nearly a 30-hour journey! Freedom2Go truly made my arrival so convenient. Although the reservation wasn’t confirmed instantly, their response was prompt and informative. As soon as I landed at 5:30 AM at Cleveland Airport, the driver was already waiting with a name tag, and the ride was smooth and pleasant. The vehicle was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors.

My cars have all been full of gas and very clean. I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”
