It was my first time visiting this one, and BJs as a whole. Normally, I do delivery but I wanted to try it out.I wasn't amazed by the selection, but overall my experience was bad. It was dirty, selection was disappointing, and only 1 or 2 staff interactions were positive. The cashier didn't want to talk, or even ask to scan our card to start. I had to ask the lady after I filled the checkout belt.I even didn't know where to enter the store once inside. I walked up a long path before realizing that's the one where customers go out. The organization is awful, and I have to assume other locations are better...2 stars for the employees that were nice. -3 stars for having a bad store manager, as it's on them to improve the place and the overall employee satisfaction.

This BJ's I've written a review before, so I'll try again. This BJs is a very nicely well run, Wholesale Club. Customer service is pretty good, and the store most of the time is well stock. Plus they have a tire center

The only downfall is this one doesn’t have a gas station. Outside of that good options, stocked well, and friendly staff. I wish they wouldn’t have the sales people in their hassling you every other isle. It would be nice to just shop and not have them trying to get you to buy a phone or a credit card every 5 mins. Good deals for the most part and nearby.

This was our first visit. Prices are very reasonable. We usually go to other stores such as Sam's or Costco. So we decided that since they were offering a discount on the membership, we'd give them a shot. It is nice to have options.

I can say I’ve never encountered any major issues here. I experienced one minor issue and it was fixed promptly the same day. I have never had to have much interaction with staff at all, but when I did they were very helpful. If you shop on the app or download the app, you can add additional savings which I enjoy as well.

The warrensville hts ohio store is downright nasty. The employees are unprofessional and rude. Look around the store...reverse discrimination. The Willoughby store is much better but out of the wholesale clubs, Costco is the best by far.

I got a BJ's membership a year and a half ago, just because it was convenient to my trek home when I was still working (now retired). This particular store, I should say. I ordered it (the membership) online, and that same day, as in probably an hour later, I saw a "special" on Facebook which would have saved me thirty dollars if I ordered a BJ's membership that day on that FB ad. I tried to "undo" my original and join again, or at least get the difference from BJ's actual site, which would have been about twenty five or thirty dollars. I even contacted them twice, and got crickets. LOL. Okay, not a big deal. This next point is quite important for me to emphasize; I specifically signed up for a NON RECURRING membership. I'm not a kid, I'm not stupid, and have had issues with this type of thing in the past when trying to cancel memberships or whatever after agreeing to renewing automatically (pro tip - NEVER do it with anything). Anyhow, I've been to this BJ's about four times. I found it to be adequate, and even good for having some things other stores don't stock. The staff is about what you'd expect for the area (I LIVE IN THE AREA so I am not saying this as a knock, but the interest is more on phones and talking and hopefully, you won't bother them too much with a question) so if you don't understand what I mean, you don't live in the area. The LAST time I personally went there was close to a year ago. I'm writing this in April of 2023. It was a crappy, cold and lousy day, and I wanted to stop to pick something up for dinner. The best way for me to describe it is it wasn't a horrible experience, but it was lacking. I have memberships at Costco and Sam's Club, and I always note how attentive the staff is at clearing out empty boxes in the frozen food sections and bringing the ones behind up in front. This store had mostly empty boxes still in the frozen food cases, and I had to remove them myself to get what I wanted. I also passed an area near the fresh meats that had literally, a leaking roof that had some yellow tape surrounding the wet floor with a bucket catching the water. I am NOT saying it's BJ's fault that the roof was leaking (it could have just started that day) but to have that type of thing set up within five feet of customers while the floor was wet due to overflowing water from the bucket? I had to personally warn two older women to not walk into the water. Suffice to say, I decided to let the membership go and not renew it. SURPRISE!!!!!!! LOL! Yep, guess what? They automatically renewed my membership in December even though I specifically DID NOT check the box where it stated "automatically renew". I'm getting way too long winded here. I apologize. The place is fine, and I do like it, but I'm more of a person who likes a store to be more customer "ready" and not one that looks like they aren't ready to be busy. I won't renew (I HOPE) my membership, but to be fair, this place is fine. I just prefer to not have to move my own empty boxes out of the way to get some frozen wings.

My trip was made on March 1st. Expired products still on the shelves. There was chocolate milk that expired dated 3/2, and 3/7. With the 3/7 products closest to the door. Meats that need to be used by the next day still at full price. Stock isn't being rotated, you can tell by the milk aisle. Bare shelves. Molded produce. The store is clean, otherwise, just not much pride from the employees. I'll go back to the North Canton location for my shopping
