Worst experience Ever!!!! my boyfriend and I came in there looking for a good quality hat , expecting to pay good quality money . So he tried on a hat and the women got up and began to walk around watching us . Then she said the hat is one hundred dollars that they had cheaper hat on the wall

Owners of the business have been part of the community for decades and offers a wide selection of hats, beauty supplies, jewelry and other accessories. It's a pretty unique! I always find something I love there. It's hard to walk out empty handed!

Really nice people and they have been there over 50 years plus they have something for every budget and a lot of hats!! They also repair boots and shoes!!

They have one of the biggest stores in Cleveland for specialty hats like Kangol etc. I have been looking everywhere and so glad I found this place. If you are looking for hats this is the place. The owners were nice and helpful.

I hope this gets posted as I will ensure that people know the kind of racist owners here. I went in today and was not only treated rudely, the lady in there called my husband a n***** and told us to leave. All because we asked about an item and she wanted to know what we paid for it. Apparently what we paid my her mad, and she swore that no store sold at that price and that we knew nothing! Demanded that we leave and used racial comment that only an ignorant person would use. I would NEVER shop here and am asking for an apology to be given.
