“Dr Sweet and all of the staff are amazing! You can easily see how much they love the animals in their care. When our senior boy was having health problems they went above and beyond to get us in and arrange for all tests needed. They called us to check in while he was at Akron Medvet and sent flowers the day after his passing. It meant so much to us. We have two GSDs now and they know them both by name and our senior girl (Elsa) is treated like a princess when she walks in the door. They truly treat our dogs like the loved family members they are.”

“Went here for a lot of years with all of my pets. I lost my dog in September of 2022 to old age and he was cared for at Town and Country. I called today to make an appointment for my new puppy and was told they couldn't give me anything for 6 weeks. When I asked why so long the girl said," well we haven't seen this pet". I said I had just been in there in a september with my other dog and she said that makes no difference. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they were all gone. All gone at 2:05 in the afternoon when they are open until 10:00 P Update: I called and spoke to Andrea, who I've known from taking my other dog to them and got an appointment within a week. Toby has had his Neuter here and loved the staff. The difference in the price for his surgery was over $300 less at Town and Country. So, we are going to Dr Drotar and she is great.”

“Dr. Crawford goes above and beyond with fur babies. She does her absolute best to make them as comfortable as possible. The vet techs do the same. My dog is fearful of everything (coming from a pound), and everyone of them try to make our visit the best they can. The front desk goes out of their way to try to get her in a room as quick as possible (so she doesn't have to see other scary dogs/people), the vet techs try really hard to become her new bff's. They bring Jade her favorite treat, and just sit in the floor trying to become friends. Dr Crawford, also does her best to make Jade comfortable. I appreciate everyone's patience with Jade, as I know she can be a lot to handle.”
