I don’t appreciate being LIED TO .It’s been 12 months Since I brought me and my my family lines over. And I still have NOT gotten my 200 rebate for the final line. Verizon doesn’t keep their promise and are liars! They gave me 2 gift cards and tho I called and made sure I spoken to atleast 4 different people including Gale a supervisor for Verizon on a recorded line. now they avoid me! Trying to offer a discount on my bill No I want the gift card promotion you promised and I want it honored.

Jeremy and Jaime, both saying whatever they can to get a sale. They must have some kind of incentive for swapping plans for “no additional cost”. Don’t believe them. I just wanted to buy a tablet for my toddler son, and they swapped out our plans for our phones. We have spent 4 days trying to sort out the errors made here and the store couldn’t answer for both lying and wasting our time. It’s taken hours on the phone with actual Verizon customer service to undo these errors. This is a franchise store. Go to any other Verizon. Buyer beware.

This is NOT a Verizon store. It is a retailer. They don't care about customer service because they figure it will fall back on Verizon. They only care about their commission check. Go to the ACTUAL Verizon store.

Jeremy was amazing he helped me upgrade my phone to a new one and an Apple Watch. He was very friendly and explained everything to me cost wise and what I was getting charged for and how everything worked

Many thanks to the team at Victra Warren for their great customer service and helping attitudes. We stopped in immediately after an accident with our Samsung phone and were assisted immediately. In addition to helping us select new product best for us, (including trading in a second phone for a new Samsung Flip phone) Jay improved our Verizon program to provide more benefits at a lower cost. Jeremy was able to transfer the data from the damaged phone (thank you!) and Tiana was a great help as well with her detailed knowledge of everything! Many thanks - you're the best!

I learned my lesson and I hope you all can learn a lesson from me as well.This is the second time I have purchased from this store. The first experience was good and no complaints, however, my second experience was awful.I worked with Jeremy after I lost my phone and my wife’s phone in the bottom of a lake. I did not have insurance on my phones because I never have insurance on my phones. It is not worth it to me and I have saved way more money by never paying for it than I would have by having it. I expressed this to Jeremy as we worked to replace my phones.I am aware of how the sales reps at these stores make money, by up selling things like insurance, activation fee’s, accessories etc. I’m also in sales and I understand the reps do not work for charity so I did not push back on the activation fees but I specifically told Jeremy I do not want insurance or any accessories.Since I expressed my opinions and desires not to have either of these I did not check the fine print of the new charges, nor was it gone over with me. The expectation was it was going to be an additional $22.50 per phone a month and he asked me to wait a couple months before I paid the phones off.Shame on me because I should have checked and I would have caught it. So I get my newest bill and it is very high, which is to be expected, but my future bills are projected to be $80 more than what my previous bills were. So I called Verizon and they were awesome. They worked to get half my bill credited because that’s all they could do because I went to a franchise store for the phones. The next day I went back to the store I purchased the phones from and after wasting 20 minutes of my time because their iPads weren’t connecting, they informed me they would not give me the refund of the of the other half of my insurance, that should have never been on there, but it was on the paperwork I signed. So instead they would give me accessories to equal the value of the credit. I do not want the accessories and it isn’t about the money it is the principal of the issue. You are giving me $17 in accessories that only costs them $3? Give me a break. What makes it even better is there were individuals from Victra, maybe a regional manager, at the store at the time and they had absolutely nothing to say. They were sitting beside me and I was the only customer in the store.I urge you to not make my mistake and go directly to the corporate stores, this place was a joke, and their sales staff is unethical.

Factory Verizon store was no help or info on what's going on with my 4g/5g signal. Came here and Jamie not only told me Verizon is doing some upgrades but also did a reset on my phone to help it out. The factory store just tells me to call their Loyalty Team, which gives you the runaround. Same yourself the hassle and come here first!!!!

I loved our representative Zack so much, he was multitasking 3 customers at once like no other and making it look oh so easy. I give him 6 stars, what a great store and great sales man, you guys dont deserve him; A seriously hard worker and pleasant man. 6 stars
