He went out of his way at every turn to go above and beyond. When I started this process this time they did not have a truck like what I was looking for. A man who has a heart of gold. When I speak with different Staff Members, I feel Michael Klaben Sr. is in their hearts. This penetrates my heart and I feel this: “WELCOME TO THE FORD FAMILY” and “WE WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN HEARTS ALWAYS!” I also feel “DEEDS NOT WORDS” starting with Michael Klaben Sr. and filtering all throughout the Dealership. When pulling up into the Service Bay, they put a protective plastic covering over your seat and a white floor protector mat over your floor mat as soon as you drive in the Service Bay. Other Ford Dealerships do not do this and they should learn from Klaben Ford Service. Thank you and “ALL KUDOS” to the entire Service Department.
