I am ready to file a consumer fraud complaint with the Ohio AG because this company has been lying to me about my urgently needed ADA roll in shower stall. I ordered it on October 5th and the first delivery date was November 1st. They have changed the deliver date five times - always waiting until the last minute to notify me about the extended delivery date so it is too late to cancel and order from someone more reliable. They advertise six week delivery time on their website . How can they continue to promise deliveries in 6 weeks when they cannot fill my order in that time?? Lying is fraud. I am a disabled vet in urgent need of a barrier free shower as I often fall trying to get in and out of my tub/shower. This company is ruining my life. it is time they were held to account for their lies to customers. They should be forced to be honest about the delivery of orders.(RE: Lowes, Sliverdale , Wa Order # 922203083) since you can't trust them to tell the truth. Do not order from this company. They lie.

Save yourself.I was shocked to see some of the 5 star reviews. After further inspection it was clear many of them were employees.As a CUSTOMER, I recommend staying away from this unprofessional company.Issues:-Rude/disrespectful-to comfortable being unprofessional behind a phone-denying giving information on an existing order-they try to get you to cancel orders so they get a free restocking fee. (on an item that has not been shipped yet!!) how?-They tried to belittle me when asking questions on product as if i work in that industry.the women i spoke to was a manager. (if you get on the phone with her just hang up) she seems to live for drama

Worst costumer and employee interaction ever, I wanted to know more about product going in and out of the facilities and wanted more knowledge on when the best times would be to buy products, so that I could make good estimates on when I should purchases, but was welcomed over the phone with rude and vulgar speech. Not professional what so ever and overall impatient and rude in ever aspect!! Don’t ship/by through them!!!

Rude, Lazy, zero accountability(11/02/22 9:40 PTA) I placed an order a week ago. The ETA said it was to arrive yesterday. I called and they haven’t even shipped the product. My renovation have to be put on hold till it arrives.I come from an business operation background and made some suggestions in resolving communication issues with all the parties involved in the transaction . The women was beyond rude telling me in a harsh tone “it’s a big wearhouse what do you want me to do about it”I called back to speak to a manager to get some actual information. She asked if I spoke to the (rude) employee I responded with a question asking for a ETA. She was insistent on arguing and I wasn’t going to feed into her toxic working habbit and hung up.The manager and her friend are far to comfortable being rude and need their jobs reevaluated.I canceled my order and won’t be spending thousands of dollars with them in the future.

Route there from OH-82 take Larchmont Ave exit and proceed southboundto Dietz Rd. Company will be on the left, deep in yard. Lack of space for turnaround and maneuvering. My luck - one truck and unhooked trailers in docks. Unloaded within one hour.

Trumball / Transolid does not stand behind its product. I received this item during the lockdown and due to government restrictions in Colorado, we were unable to have the item installed until this past weekend.The sink was safely and properly stored indoors in the required upright fashion since June 2020. As noted below, the item, sadly, did not survive proper climate controlled storage.Originally purchased through Overstock, I was informed I needed to contact the manufacturer for warranty related issues. I received a snide email back from a sales person with no helpful warranty information whatsoever.It has been my experience that when a manufacturer knows there are issues with their product, their communication is often short and blame is placed elsewhere.0/10 do not recommend for lack of responsibility and inferior products.
