Very kind & helpful. I did have to stay at the entryway & spoke to them through a phone they have there. When necessary, they do come to the door when needed to do so.

They need to confirm addresses before giving out keys to houses to look at. My roommate was looking to buy a house and they gave her the keys to the wrong address so she couldn't go in.

Been trying to contact them for over a week no answer and no return calls what are the people in the office paid to do . Update drove past the office to see if people are there as I was calling them they are and still won’t answer the phone. I am calling the mayors office tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

April 10 2017 at 2Pm is when my wife Sara and I were there.there was no after hours function happening. Her post was made over 2 years ago not 6 days ago. You can not argue results and I have only seen 5 houses revitalized and the rest torn down due to all the red tape. Nobody returns calls.houses listed like fern and ulp show houses but they have been torn down. While a decent house like the one on Boyd seemed to be sold before it was put on the market. I assume it went to someones brother in law? This place is a bunch of lies and crap.if a place has a land bank paper on it then it will probably be torn down. Just look at all the empty lots they own. Disgraceful
