“Had a punctured tire, they were slammed but were able to squeeze me in between appointments. Very friendly, fast and inexpensive. They have also done right by others in my family who have gone there for tires and alignments. Way better than a corporate chain.”

The Wolesale tire employees that worked on my truck were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the way they were respectful of my truck wheels, by using ratchets and torque wrenches to remove and install my wheel locks and lugs nuts. Instead of impacts. That will damage the lock removal lug. The real test was the test drive that brought a big smile on my face.

“Originally wrote a bad review of an alignment done wrong at this location but later on received a call from the District Manager in the in Hermitage, Pa location, they offered to rectify the problem I had in this location, I am very happy that they had the time for me to come in and fix my car. “Replaced all 4 tires on my daughter’s SUV. Had to take time and return to the shop, they installed one tire incorrectly, facing wrong direction. Fixed and highway test for safety. Be sure to come back and have them re-torque the lug nuts after 50 miles. Before they service, ensure your parking brakes are disengaged. They drove the vehicle with the parking brakes still engaged. Now, have to check for possible damages. They do a good job on tires, but human error always in play. So, take the steps to ask the right questions and perform post inspection. Leaders need to do quality checks, good for training personnel. Always room for improvements and prevent complacency.”
