Terrible service. I ordered two subs on the app and when I showed up to get them I was asked “are both of these for you?” Followed by the girl giggling. (They weren’t even for me I picked them up for a friend) I don’t recommend coming here.

I swear every time we go in this subway the toaster is not working. You’re doing all this advertising for Subway the new pretzel but the toaster is down so they don’t have them. Subway needs to make this owner shut down or clean up their act immediately.

Placed curbside order was to be ready at 5:55 pm 20 minutes later i had to go in and they were just working on it. Server stated they've been slammed all day! As I sat curbside there was 1 man at the counter. When I walked in there was a husband and wife only! There was absolutely NO sense of urgency. The vibe in the store was the team had little to no personality. No greeting people. No smiles. No pep in their step at all. Hair not covered. Wearing a hoodie with the hood up like a gangster. I had given this store another try but, it's worse than before. Will not be returning!!

Ordered through the app for pickup and ordered a foot long meal, toasted bread. Went inside to retrieve my order and was just given the sub. I had to ask for my drink and chips I paid for. I drove home and received a cold sub that they never toasted even though it says it on my receipt. Employees looked angry when I walked in and didn’t say a word. I had to greet them first.

I love coming to the Champion store! I feel terrible for the poor employees there though. The customers are so rude and ignorant! Every single time I go in there a customer comes in and during their order start yelling and snapping at the employees.

Ordered food on the subway app. My husband picked up the subs, and there wasn't a name attached to the order he also paid 4 them. I went back up to the restaurant to get a refund for the subs ordered and was denied by the employees and manager.Any other company would have given a refund or a complementary meal. This is not right. i paid for 4 subs, 2 were wrong order, and I was told basically too bad that i am requesting a full refund of both ordersUser's recommendation: Don't go there.

I placed an order with the subway app paid for it and when my husband picked up the subs he was given the incorrect order he paid again returned to the store to obtain a refund 4 the subs I had not picked up and they refused to refund or give me a gift card. They would only give me the subs that had been sitting there. This was a simple mistake as no names were attached to the order. All I wanted was my money back or a gift card for the full amount so i could purchase in future. I am very dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant. I will not be returning any other resturant would have bent over backwards to correct the problem.
