To the girl that works in the first chair on the right when you come in you actually did the Absolutely the worst haircut my son has ever had! You really needs to go back to school (or find a different profession)! We even showed her a picture she completely ignored what my son requested and did what she wanted I even told her it looked terrible!!!!!. DO NOT GO HERE if you remotely care what you look like!!

I wanted to come on here to brag about my experience today! I brought my one year old in for his first hair cut & the stylist was beyond phenomenal. She took the time to build trust with my son so he wasn’t scared of the clippers. She interacted with him & spoke to me & my husband like she’s known us for years, Making the experience amazing. She truly took her time & his cut turned out great. Needless to say we will be back for his future hair cuts & we will be asking for her! I believe she said her name was Savanah.Thank you for such a great experience!

today I experienced one of the worst days in the last five years. I went into sports clips and asked for the most basic cut ever. A girl named Sarah cut me. She swindled me to get the MVP. I didn’t want to, but it was almost forcing me to she also seemingly did exactly the opposite of what I was asking for my haircut, this is the worst haircut of my life. I am afraid to get buried at school, buried at work, going by my own family. I do not recommend anyone go to the Niles location of sports clips and get cut by Sarah as Sarah has me so dirty, that I cannot even look at myself the same way.

I was skeptical at first thinking this is a place for trainees and new in the business cutting hair. I took a chance and was surprised. Sarah actually did a fine job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, plus, I like the wash afterwards. I’ve paid much more elsewhere with terrible results.

Workers are ALWAYS sitting right at the door or curb smoking cigarettes. Gross to have to breathe that in walking by it.

Worst cut ever, I had shoulder length hair upon entering the salon, I asked for a stacked bob with hair able to be behind my ears. I now have a bad pixie does not even rate as 1 star..... I am still crying

Rosann at the Niles/Warren location is a absolute ROCKSTAR! She first is a great stylist and hooks me up with a good look every time. Second she is a super cool person who always makes getting a haircut a good time she is a customer service queen ?She is the only person I let cut my hair now and has made me a happy repeat customer.Service: Haircut
