I would recommend Savannah to cut anyone's hair. She is outstanding, very personable, and when your indecisive between changing hair styles she will direct you into the right way. I am not disappointed in anyway or form and I've had several hairstylist in the Mahoning area and across the USA. She is my go to so please don't get rid of her it's hard to find someone as good as her!

Sarah is (I believe) a manager and is a very talented and customer-oriented individual. Always a great experience!
Requested style: I have very thick, heavy hair. She suggested a style for me and executed it perfectly. She has every time since the first time.

Called at 7:30 asked if it was still possible to get a haircut they said "Yes we take our last client at 7:45." I was like okay awesome and showed up at 7:35 and they said they aren't taking anymore clients. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to cost cutters, better stylists there anyways. Lady who refused me missed out on a $50 tip btw.

I was in the niles location earlier today. I had the stylist in the back left corner. She was great! Loved my haircut, (which I almost never do anymore I just accept it) the only criticism I have isn't even towards her. They automatically assume that you are getting the top paid package. If it had been an off pay week I would've been pretty pissed having not been given the option. However, I'm very happy with my cut and will definitely be back to see her

I got a haircut and wash by Nicole. She was nice. I recommend to go here because my haircut looks AMAZING and you even get a massage with the wash.

We just had the worst experience at the Niles Ohio location. I have been bringing my son to Sports Clips since the Monroeville PA location opened like 10 years ago. He's never had a cut as bad as he just received and I have NEVER ran into such a horrible stylist! He went back in to have it fixed and she was full of attitude and was being so aggressive and rude to my 17 year old son. This is after he had given her a $10 tip for a $25 cut!! All he asked is for it to be cleaned up and she was acting like it was such a problem. She's a problem!! We will never return to this location!! Horrible! Absolutely disgusting behavior to a minor!

Came here yesterday to get my kids hair cut. I would say 2 out of 3 of my boys hair was cut super uneven. Wouldn’t recommend going. Paid $72 also which is a lot for their hair to not be cut right…

To the girl that works in the first chair on the right when you come in you actually did the Absolutely the worst haircut my son has ever had! You really needs to go back to school (or find a different profession)! We even showed her a picture she completely ignored what my son requested and did what she wanted I even told her it looked terrible!!!!!. DO NOT GO HERE if you remotely care what you look like!!

I wanted to come on here to brag about my experience today! I brought my one year old in for his first hair cut & the stylist was beyond phenomenal. She took the time to build trust with my son so he wasn’t scared of the clippers. She interacted with him & spoke to me & my husband like she’s known us for years, Making the experience amazing. She truly took her time & his cut turned out great. Needless to say we will be back for his future hair cuts & we will be asking for her! I believe she said her name was Savanah.Thank you for such a great experience!
