Had to go in to make some cable tv changes, even though they were busy, staff was as cheerful & helpful as possible. Especially the young lady that worked with me, I'm not 100%, but think her name was Brittany, she was the team leader though. Thank you for the help

They told me 6 months ago that I could get a free iPad. Just pay the $10 connection fee connection fee a month. Ended up they just sent me to the collection agency for over $500 for this free tablet. I have great credit and now they can ruin that! I would not recommend any freebies that they offer us because they are not free! If I didn't enjoy my television shows that I can DVR I would cancel spectrum all together!

Terrible internet service in the Cortland area and bill kept going up n up. Finally went with T Mobile (much better service n price). The kicker is Spectrum still bills you for full month service even if you cancel beginning of new billing cycle. We will NEVER use spectrum again. Just love how the guy on phone wants us to switch to their mobile cell phone service. Nope ain't happening. All Spectrum ever did was provide crappy service and increased prices!

I was impressed with how fast this store and the employees helped the customers! When I came in (without an appointment), there were 5 or 6 people on the board ahead of me and people walking in behind me. I checked in, glanced around, and shot off a text message to my partner, waiting in the car that it was going to be a moment.I looked up to see I had 2 people ahead of me! I walked over to the window bench and sat down, and stood right back up as my name was called! The gentleman asked me some questions, went and did something, a minute later, I was called up to the desk, and the two men up there were friendly, joking and laughing and in great moods. Within 3 to 5 minutes, I had my equipment and was walking out. I was in there maybe 10 minutes!We had issues hooking the equipment up, called Spectrum, and they had a technician out to the house the next day. The technician was super friendly and helpful as well. By the time he left, everything was hooked up and resolved.I've never had Spectrum before, but so far, I'm pretty impressed with the service!

I recently added mobile to my service to lower my cable bill. I needed assistance with my phone and a marvelous girl by the name of Brittany helped me out so much!! I wish more people were as kind and willing to help as she has helped me. Thank you Brittany for your kindness

now a radio shack with all the efficiency of the DMV.why would I want to get rebranded Verizon cell service and pay you more money for lobbyists to make your monopoly bigger ?expect to wait an hour for service.but you can sign in online... funny how that doesn't work when your low quality service has failed
