Terrible range, terrible provider. The WiFi box gives less than 100 MBps on a 1 TB plan divided between 5 active devices. Doesn't even reach upstairs, had to get a pod which only makes it so there is a possibility of using the internet upstairs.

Busy, busy, busy, just went in to pay my bill at the kiosk (which was down), took an employee an hour (if not longer) to come over to reset the kiosk

I'm revising my previous review because Spectrum's customer service has significantly improved. They've been very helpful whenever I've called in. While the prices are still a bit on the high side for me, everything seems to be more expensive these days.

Had to go in to make some cable tv changes, even though they were busy, staff was as cheerful & helpful as possible. Especially the young lady that worked with me, I'm not 100%, but think her name was Brittany, she was the team leader though. Thank you for the help
