My phone has been blowing up all morning. I already made plans to stop in on a specific date with someone. Please get rid of the automated systems. No more calls, emails or text messages. Us customers will gladly come in when we can to talk to someone. Can't do anything else on the phone, not a whole lot can be done until we come the date planned. Thanks.

I had been thinking about trading in my car for over a year. But when it finally left me on the side of the road again for the fourth time in three months, I was over it. I had rented a car a few days prior and it was a newer Sentra. I enjoyed driving it and I made an appointment with Shawn Huffman to see what they could do. It was an easy process and everyone was so nice. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was driving my new car by 5:15. Everyone was fantastic, from Shawn to Bruce in the Finance department to meeting Mr. Sims, it was a seamless and smooth process.

My first time buying from Sims. I was extremely happy with Zach. I told him what I would and wouldn't do. I was never pressured. Only took 3 hours and I was out. Had it not been for a misunderstanding on my part I would have been out of there alot faster

I found out that my car needed a new transmission. I wasn’t going to put that much money into a 13-year-old vehicle so I stepped across to the sales area. Shawn was helpful but not pushy. I told him what I was looking for and what I needed in a sale. I’m very very pleased with my new Nissan kicks. Justin also very helpful and understanding some of the rebates and financing. Overall, a really good experience.

Zack was amazing. I leased a vehicle from another dealer in the area who refused to allow me to buy out the lease. Zack was patient and understanding and listened. I appreciate all the effort he provided in helping me get this done.

Honest and trustworthy dealership. They truly know how customer service works and make that a priority. I also can't say enough about Steve, he has worked with me on my last two vehicles. I would highly recommend speaking to him if you are looking for a vehicle. He was very honest and upfront with me. I got turned upside down on my milage from a lease and they worked with me to get me into a new car without paying all of the extra money that technically I owed. Will definitely return when it's time to purchase another.

This place is a joke. My 81 year old mother had 850 plus credit. She purchased a car from here in 17 and has always banked thru 717. She hit a deer this year and went back to get another vehicle. From them. We asked about going back through 717 and Ron in financial said Northwest had a cheaper interest rate. Which was a lie so I called Ron Edward’s.. he said to go to 717 pay off Northwest. When it’s Ron in the financial office fault because he made us go with someone that the interest-rate was 9.2 at 717. It’s only 7.6 please be aware before purchasing a vehicle from them because they’re out for their selves and not the customer!!!! I’ve called the number on here that is supposedly the owner. Still no reply.
