Safelite sent a technician to our home to fix a chip I got in my windshield. She was on time, friendly, and did a great job. I could hardly tell it was there after being filled. Safelite's mobile service is #1.

I received a call this morning, Casey, repair tech, advised she would be at our house in roughly 1 1/2-2 hours. She was right on time! I can’t express enough that Casey was professional, advised of potential outcomes (set expectations), very friendly, knowledgeable, and, just as important, understood my situation and showed empathy. I can’t thank her, and Safelite, enough! (While she was fortunately able to repair my windshield (sigh of relief. lol), I was ultimately prepared for worst case scenario of $500 deductible for replacement. Because she was friendly, professional, and showed empathy, I was prepared for whatever was necessary and felt confident in her service and abilities. Best part of all, she did a really nice job! Very much appreciated, and will absolutely not hesitate to use safelite in the future. Thank you, again!

This business does not care about customers time at all. Today marks my third revisit with this company. A few weeks back I had them out for a home visit which needed rescheduled because my crack spread after making the appointment (not their fault) but it would have been nice to be informed to call them if it began to spread. THEN I spent three hours in the shop just for the workers to install a new windshield that had two cracks in it. They said they needed to replace it again so I asked if it could be done at my house (which a worker had already visited). I rearranged my schedule entirely, with owning a business that is no easy task being the only worker at my company, just for a worker to come here for 5 minutes and tell me that my garage is too small (after someone was already here and they were aware of a one car garage). There is a huge lack of communication or their system doesn’t allow for customer notes where time and a lack of patience would have been saved. Not one apology for wasting my time on now multiple days. I called the main number and had a talk with a lovely lady who had the manager, Justin, call me. Justin had no interest in making me a happy client besides rescheduling my appointment and refused a discount for my lost hours of work because “I paid through insurance.” When I said I was going to leave a review I was told “do what you gotta do with that.” Speaking to him made things clearly as to why customer service is not a priority at this branch.

Sad nobody will answer the phone since they use an automated answering service. It's poor business communication, but the last time I used them they put my window hatch in backwards so I guess I'm not surprised.

Took some time to get the OEM PART in for my 2014 Model S Tesla P85d BUT THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB I DIDNT HAVE TO DRIVE HOURS OUT OF MY WAY AND I KNOW THE JOB WAS TUFF but they did GREAT!

Updated review not only does the rearview mirror not work anymore as described below but my windsheild washer fluid no longer sprays i have included some pics of missing screws and broken tabs DON'T USE SAFELITE !!!! Replaced my front windshield on Mercedes E350 the next day I noticed the compass on the rearview mirror no longer worked and contacted them immediately. It had been working for 6 years previous to that day, They sent someone out who told me it was nothing they did. That I could bring it to the Mercedes dealer get it fixed and if they determined it was Safelite's fault they would reimburse me. Hmmm how does the dealer know it was Safelite's fault ? I will never see that money. I recommend you go with a company that takes responsibility for their actions. I had to show our technician how to replace the windshield wipers on my car and he is supposed to know how to take the windshield out and replace with no issues.

I was told by the dealer that I needed a new rear windshield because the defroster wasn't working. As it turns out, Safelite said it was just a tab on the electronics that needed glued down to make the connection. There was nothing actually wrong with the defrosting mechanism itself. I am very grateful I did not have to purchase a new rear windshield, it saved me a considerable amount of money that I didn't have to spend.I did replace the front windshield as it has a crack in it from interstate driving in Ohio. It was very reasonable and does the job.I appreciate the excellent customer service and honesty!

They did a great job! We've had several vehicles there over the last few months! I love the communication they deliver! If anyone needs any windshield replaced they're the place to go!!
