The store has really improved with the new store manager. Everything is clean and so well organized. The staff always greets me and is so helpful; a really friendly group. They always have what I need and if they don't are willing to call another store! A great neighborhood store.I love the pharmacy technicians too!

Store hours are 9 to 6 got there at 5:45and doors were locked as the clerks just looked at me and looked away. -10 for customer appreciation.

The pharmacy has really gone down hill the last couple of years. There’s not enough staff and even though they’re supposedly closing an hour early every day, there are still delays in prescriptions. I’m also sick and tired of the pharmacist picking and choosing what to fill and when. It doesn’t make sense that one prescription gets filled within minutes and another one takes five to six hours. When I’m waiting on them both, I have to wait all day. My mom uses this same pharmacy and has an even worse experience with wait times. Seriously, HIRE MORE STAFF.

The pharmacist was literally making up anything as a excuse not to refill any my scripts anymore. Also told me I couldn't use any other rite aids ever again to find a different company/pharmacy.First lie he tells me it's " my address"Then proceeds to tell me my girlfriend said we lived somewhere else. That's a lie. I feel like he just didn't want to keep ordering my one prescription every month. And was making up and anything and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Like when I can show him driver license to prove where I live. It didn't matter. Anything I said trying to help fix the situation didn't matter. He just didn't want to serve me no more.

9 out of 10 times they only fill half of my prescriptions and I have to make two trips to get everything I need even though they have everything on file.

I went to pick up my prescription after Rite Aid told me my prescription was ready and the pharmacy tech lady was very ignorant and told me that one of my prescriptions was not covered and that the Dr. would have to write another one or have to go with another kind. The pharmacy had never called my Dr. and let them know after5 hrs. of knowing this. I asked why nobody didn't call my Dr.s office and she told me and I quote" If you don't like it then you can change pharmacy s". In front of the head pharmacists who was right there and heard what she said and told me the same. Unbelievable these are mandatory daily prescriptions I take from my Dr. Theyshould be ashamed of there behavior towards dedicated custumers. I am very disgusted by there actions and will change today pharmacys. The worst pharmacy ever customers should not have to do phamasutcal techs jobs. That's why they pay you the big bucks do your job for what society pays you or don't show up!!!!!

Poor customer service. If they need to contact or follow-up with your doctor, they rather wait forever. Probably they never contact them, until you call and complain. Basically, they are incapable of resolving any issue with your doctor. The two incidents were enough to teach me that they do not care their customers. If your time and health are valuable, you might want to go elsewhere.
