My car was over heating and leaking fluids. I called to make an appointment to see how bad things were. They were able to check my car out within a couple days. They called me a few hours after I dropped my car off and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I agreed and was expecting to have my car ready the next day. They called me later that day and said it was ready. The experience I had was very good. They are a very busy shop but do a very good job at making sure things are handled in a timely manner. They do the work that is needed and their prices are not bad. I havent heard anything bad about them just good things and my experience has been all positive. I'm not sure if they offer AAA discounts or how they would handle things if you couldn't afford the work that needed done but I'll be taking my car to them when I need work done.

Went in with a fuel leak, didn't know where it was coming from, Rick's found the leak, advised me on what needed repaired, and their staff at the counter worked hard to find the parts no matter how big or small that were needed, the repairs were completed at the quoted price which I thought were fair for the work that was performed, would recommend, there was none of the typical upselling with me or anyone else that visited on 5/31/2024, would recommend this shop to anyone that need honest fair repairs for their vehicle, go here, don't bother going anywhere else

I found a new muffler shop! I installed an exhaust myself and I noticed it slipping a little bit. So I brought it in to get the pieces welded fixed up at no charge from what I could tell ,a good honest company.

Today I had service done at ricks . I called 12 different auto shops around the niles an warren area . I needed my CV axle replaced . Not only did they give me the lowest price, upon pick up they let me know how easy the job actually was, that they lowered the price almost 90 bucks from what I was quoted. Not only do I recommend them but I will be going back for all of my car issues . Stay classy ricks team ???

I am completely satisfied with the Service and Repairs on my 2003 chevy tahoe, I had an appointment time and when I got there, they took my vehicle right in and had it fixed very promptly to my Amazement.
I will definitely go back to this location, If at any time I have a problem with my vehicles And I would highly recommend anybody to go to this facility Great people. Great service, honesty integrity. They are true asset to this community.

My wifes family has dealt with this auto service garage for years. I only wish I knew of them sooner! Anytime my wife and I have taken our vehicles here for service we are treated respectfully, honestly amd never feel taken advantage of.
We have recently taken my wifes vehicle in for brake service. They beat another mechanics price by a good bit of money. I made an appointment for my vehicle this week for rear brakes. Their price was $100 less then the other mechanic I got a price from.
I highly recommend this business!

took truck in for muffler didn't need one it was the drive shaft making noise they were all great ordered part and running smooth now . Hazel is one of a kind . I will be going back if I need anything done . I thought there prices were very good you won't be disappointed in them . Harley
