If there was an option for zero stars I'd choose that. Frank is extremely unprofessional. I called reds spoke to a nice secretary who helped me acquire a quote and when I went to get the work done Frank got on the phone and would not honor the same quote they gave me then proceeds to hang up on me. Go anywhere else but here, very rude. I was hoping to work together quite frequently, I get 2-3 windshields a month that I've been replacing myself. This time instead of doing it myself I wanted to find someone to work with locally and ended up being screwed so now just another one I have to do myself. What a shame of unprofessionalism in this world.

Very friendly and fast and detailed in the work got a rear windshield replaced the same day they even helped out picking up the car for just the rear windshield on a 2024 outlander was only 250 out of pocket! So it’s worth it!
