“Ordered refill online easily and received delivery quickly. Those are the important parts. The unimportant parts are that it takes a couple days for the invoice to show up in my account, so I cannot pay it immediately, and it takes a couple days for the charge to be made on the credit card. The charge is still "Pending" and I would like to have this transaction completed and paid. Even so, this is light years ahead of their old system so they are getting much better. I have been waiting 16 years for them to come paint the rusty tank they delivered to me when I first signed up (which they said they would do) but as long as they don't blame its condition on me, I suppose I can live with it.”
