Great concert tonight with Ginuwine! My only complaint was no one made sure the woman's bathrooms was clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels!!! Every stall was empty and trash was everywhere!! Not a good look.

Worst parking situation I've seen in over 50 years!! Nobody directing cars so people parking every which way, CLUSTER! Then after the 2 mile walk to rhe door, they can't scan ticketmaster from your phone so 75% had to go get paper tickets in another line. EPIC FAIL!

Very bare Spartan interior. Comfortable seats. Good acoustics. Sightlines good. Bathrooms clean. Parking is a mess. Not enough spaces. Unlimited lot makes getting around post-show hard. No cops directing traffic. Nice convenient size. Well marked. Easy to find seats. I'll go back but I'll pay more attention to parking.

A quaint theatre that is not much to look at at first glance. Yet it hosts some great music. We saw Celtic Thunder which was fabulous. They also have very reasonable prices on food and drink. We recommend it!

Saw Teresa Caputo this Saturday October 7. Saw her at Covelli as well. Much better venue! Was never at Packard before. Probably won’t be back.We were in section 102 a large hanging speaker prevented us from seeing the big screen full. The sound was too loud or something causing us to say to one another “what did she say?”We paid good money for our seats. This place cut my entertainment value down.Teresa was entertaining in spite of this. There were 8 of us total that went.I was disappointed. Oh! It was too warm inside! Just not good experience.

Very nice smaller venue. A cool place to watch some live music. Not the best seats in the pit area. They are like the removable ones. And hard to find your seat number. But overall a pretty nice venue. I have been here 3 times for concerts. The last 2 we were standing. This one only had seats.

Went to see Blue October. I thought i had great seats until everyone in front of me stood up. Whats the point of a seated venue. The place needs an update, if you are larger than a child; you will not like the tiny flip down seats, especially if there is someone next to you. The concession stand is like a movie theatre with a nice variety of items at reasonable prices. Alcohol is also sold there which is no biggie with the exception of having to watch a couple of drunks before the band even took the stage. There’s also a merchandise area. There’s no signage in the building pointing out where the merchandise area is at. Other than the mens restroom and concession stand, everything else is crammed in at the other side. There’s ample parking, event staff and security were friendly and helpful. The opening act Veers had their music so loud you couldn’t hear them singing. I love Blue October, but left there feeling let down. It seemed like Justin wasn’t that into it, the set list wasn’t very long. I definitely felt robbed.
