Last week my friend went in to to add a line and the lady said she could get 4 lines for $120 but ended up raising her bill up to $180. That's crazy! Next time she stopped in luckily the guy fixed it for her.I got my upgrade today and thanks to Ahbi for his great service ciz he helped me transfer all my stuff

This is my go to metro store from now. I have been going from stores to stores regarding an issue with my insurance and wasn't getting any help. Just stopped at this store and the guy was super cool and took care of me immediately. He works on Monday's usually and he knows what he's doing.

The cute guy Abhi is Genius and gives you genuine suggestions. He knows he's stuff. Was having issues with my phone. Even though I don't have service with metro, he helped me out and made sure my phone was running smooth. Lucky that I stopped there, turns out I am paying too much with my current service. Definitely switching to metro on my upcoming billing cycle.

Arvind sangwan is an illegal citizen using our system and stealing our personal info to the middle east. Go somewhere secure until this is taken care of. This business is under some crack at that.

Management has issisues. They Give no receipts and say come back they promise they will Fix their problem, then u never get a receipt. Dude named arvin looks like he's on something. Took him 3 minutes to come out of the back argued about my Google account and threw his pen at me. WORST customer service ever. Do not shop here, go to different management-dealers for this corporation. Terrible.

Awesome deals on all their products, really good caring staff that help you every step of the way. Olivia really listened to what I wanted and needed in a phone and hooked up with a great deal. Metro Is amazing especially at this location.
