If you plan on going with Metro, just know that you'll have to jump through hoops and hurdles to get an upgrade on your phone or even add a line. You can't buy anything online because it's always out of stock or they tell you to call customer service whom which don't have any information about phones or pricing. For the phones they do try to sell you, the prices don't match what they have online and are hundreds more than stated. Service is ok but they just don't have any good devices to choose that will allow you to use the network. My phone is crap and I can't upgrade or even get a replacement without paying full price for a new one. I'm switching soon as my month is over. Metro is just very unorganized and customer service is just so exhausting with all the menus to talk to someone and then when you finally get connected, the rep doesn't seem to have any information about anything.

This person sold me a used phone instead of a new one. Someone's Facebook was linked to this phone. It's only been 2-3 days and when the phone charges. It shifts in and out so it can't technically truly charge. Very poor. The worst phone I've ever had in my life

Complained of excessive slow service, as if out of data. Unable to fix problem. I payed my bill on time so should have plenty of data... very unsatisfied...
