We went to many other places and couldn't get what we were looking for. Even with having to drive over an hour to get to Menards the trip was worth it. We met Lucas in the appliance dept. He went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect washer. He was very knowledgeable on the products they sell and made us feel like family. We will definitely go back for any other needs we have in the future. Lucas is a true asset to Menards and Id be happy to deal with him again. If you need a new appliance go see him.

The one lady at the return counter needs to work on her customer service. She is consistently rude. I’ll never do business with them again. There’s way to talk to people and she isn’t it.

They carry some stuff the other major home improvement stores do not. Go there once a week. Sometimes, just to look around. They moved some stuff around just to make me take longer to look around.

Menards is always awesome, the only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars, is because the layout can get confusing, the only stuff that stays super consistant is paint, lights, and gardening. If youre looking for something super specific like a rubber door stopper.. good luck 😂

Too many people involved in ordering lumber items for a fence ! Walked around outside .Took pics of qr codes of fence panels and posts we wanted. First desk had it right! Went to another location to set up delivery and they messed it up completely! Wrong phone number wrong posts delivered 3 days late posts are too short .No one who knew anything but wrong shit put on order was there when it finally arrived . Too much drama.

Awful experience from start to finish. Was here in late evening. Associates had issue with pulling from the yard for us because it was “too late”. What does that even mean? If you are a retail business with open hours until 10pm, then why can’t you help a customer until close?
Secondly, had to return items that would not work for intended purpose. Wrong size. No packaging open. Had receipt. Karen ( I can’t make this up folks, that’s actually her name), insisted that we take store credit because part of the transaction was on a card which we didn’t have present even though I had spent $400 in cash and only $37 on a card.
Then, when we went back in to rectify the issue, Karen, wouldn’t void the transaction and fix it.
Thank you so much Karen and the rest of your staff here who have made me question why I even do business here.
