When buying stuff thats on sale make sure that the cashier rings it up on sale price. I just got some Christmas stuff and didn't notice till I got home that she didn't ring it up at half off.

I attempted to make a donation. Menagerie informed me that they are not accepting donations. No thank you offered. I was told to take my donation to Goodwill.The staff told me that they have so many donations that the fire Marshall has threatened to fine them.The employees were unpleasant, unappreciative, and rude.I spoke to the manager the next day. I honestly thought that she would thank me and apologize. She accused me of being the rude one and hung up on me.

I have been going to The Menagerie since it was in the corner of Atlantic and N Park in Warren. I’ve always been treated with kindness there. An I’m happy to support the AWL and all the furbabies waiting for their furever homes❤️❤️

Loved the variety & cleanliness of this store! Prices were reasonable, and we liked the mission of animal rescue. Staff was helpful and patient. We are fairly experienced thrift store shoppers and were impressed since this is a volunteer shop.
