They seemed helpful and friendly , they just weren’t very knowledgeable. I came in looking for a heavy duty metal brush that’s made for a tool, unsure of the name but I showed them the picture off of my phone, in which they went and found the tool in the section, and then grabbed the brush they picked out , and showed me how to put it on (didn’t fully show as the brush was still in the package). Got home and it’s not even the right attachment, it’s made for a drill.

Very poor customer service. You would think they would go above and beyond to help a customer that just spent 2000.00 on countertops. Well they did not.

Went to buy alot of trim and the pcs are junk. There twisted broke and you name it. I had to go to menards to get some.

The employees wore mask though at this point when we've already reached herd immunity though. So it's kinda dumb for them to try and enforce mask wearing. Personally my mother and I did not and they did nothing. Which is good

Horrible customer service! Would not retain in store purchase or even give me store credit on items that were brand new! Never even opened or taken out the box!! Over $800 just completely down the drain! Will never shop there again

This Lowe's is the absolute worst in the area, dirty, lazy staff, not helpful, not stocked properly. Never be back. Attitudes from lazy low end workers.

I placed an order for 3 picture windows, French doors, and an entry door for my sun room/porch. I placed this order in May. The job was supposed to be completed by July 15th. All 3 were scheduled for installation. On the day of installation I received a call informing me that the French doors and entry door they received were incorrect. They could only install my windows and had to reorder the doors which take 4-6 weeks to come in. The second time they were scheduled to come out, I was informed that the entry door was still incorrect and had to be reordered which again takes 4-6weeks. I received a call stating my entry door will be delivered to the store on 9/5/24. It wasn't delivered until 9/10/24. Then I was scheduled for installation until 9/24/24. I called after completion and was offered a gift card to which I declined. I was then offered $50-$100, I also declined this. This job took over 2 additional months to complete. I had to reschedule drywall and flooring installation 3 times due to this. The agent asked what I was looking for in terms of compensation. I informed the agent that I had read reviews and other customers with experiences similar to mine received compensation between $2000-$3500. Let's start there. I was offered $300 and I would have to forfeit my 1yr installation warranty.

Took delivery today of a $2,000 LG wash tower only to discover that Lowes delivery crew wrapped a truck strap around the washer so tight that it bent the whole front of the machine in. Now having to deal with a replacement, and my time is limited... 😠 😡

I came in to return a couple things which went very easily. I want to get some rolled vinyl waterproof flooring and the person in the department said I don't think it's working but I don't see anything showing that it's locked out. If they don't want to be bothered they should put somebody else in the department

My experience was good. It was nothing to write home about but it was nothing spectacular either. The Lowe's in Warren, Ohio is a decent place to go to for anything home improvement related.
