This review is specifically for the delivery of my appliances, not the appliances themselves. First I’ll say the two young men who delivered my washer & dryer were very polite and pleasant. Unfortunately their work was a bit off point. Pics are included. I had a brand new set of GE Profiles delivered, which were my first new units in 20+yrs. The dryer vent was smashed when they shoved the washer into place, the vent wasn’t clamped directly at the dryer which popped off immediately when it was initially turned on (we had to go buy a clamp), the water discharge hose wasn’t installed with the factory given parts, but instead zip tied to the water hose and the proper parts left in the manf bag. The washer was not leveled properly at all which needed resolution before running. These matters don’t sound big unless you’re physically unable, which is why we paid $$$ for new parts to have installation done for us (new parts are required to get installation). This is the second time I’ve had issues with Lowe’s delivery. I had a fridge delivered about two yrs ago and the driver then was belligerent & mean. I reported the incident and it fell on deaf ears. I know going into a large purchase with Lowe’s that I’m getting nothing more than someone capable of lifting heavier items I cannot because I’m certainly not getting great customer service or proficiency. I like Lowe’s prices and the sales ppl were nice but their delivery crews aren’t stellar.

I find it difficult to shop here. It's not a nice shopping experience lately. They often are out of stock on what I'm looking for. The selection is not great. I prefer Menards, or a home depot.

Aggravating experience throughout the process. Found the vinyl fence, post sleeves, mounting brackets, and concrete through the app. I already had the posts. Concrete was in the lumber section, but that wasn't a problem. Vinyl fence stuff is in the gardening section. 1st little issue was there was not a single proper cart to carry fence in, it was all flat carts. Found one that wasn't being used, but I had to empty it of plumbing stuff. Anyway,I load the fence. Next was the brackets which were on the app, but not in stock. I settled for plastic instead of metal. Then the post sleeves were nowhere to be found. The app said 19 in stock at aisle 4 section 10 but nothing anywhere in the aisle. I finally found someone and he said go to receiving by the bathroom and they should be there. Why would that be? I went to receiving and got ignored for 5 minutes by employees in the back. Finally someone comes out and asks what I need. I explain what I was told and they just said, nope, they only receive items and have no idea where the 19 pieces are. I then left that section and tried to find someone else, but it was shift change and none was around. I hate using apps if they don't give the correct info. A 15 minute shopping visit turned into 45 minutes. I could say I'll never go there again, but I know I'll have to get something eventually... dang it

Went to Lowe's for a washer and dryer waited 30 plus minutes before asking at the cabinet section for help in appliances (the appliance guy was sitting talking with cabinet person) and then was told all of the machines they had displayed were sold out and they couldn't sell floor model which had dents and dings in it he Said all marked clearance were sold out he did not even bother looking up any more after the first one said he knew the rest were sold out what a waste of time !
