It says their open on Saturdays until 5:00pm BUT that's WRONG.They are only open 3 days a week, differing hours too!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to have my taxes done and paid out of pocket for processing. They double charged me! When I called to notify the woman working was very rude. Then called me back to say they saw no double charge on their end. I went to my bank who confirmed they ran my card 2 times one minute apart for the same total. I went down to prove they double charged me and got the same attitude! I am now back at work waiting on a update of the reversal to my debit card or a check and the owner was supposed to be there to give it to his employee. Still has not shown up.Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Almost $400 to prepare you taxes is robbery. Especially because they will double charge you. Wonder how many people have their taxes directly taken out that are scammed as well.

I used to always have my taxes done here. Tried it on my own a couple years and let's just say it's best left to the pros. The folks at Liberty Tax are great. It was quick, efficient ,and affordable. Best of all I know it's done right. I'll be back next year b

Not a good place they are not cheap $400 is not cheap had to argue and threaten to sue them over the $50 referral friend because they did not want to pay worst mistake ever was having them do our taxes 30 days later we're still waiting makes me wonder what those workers at that place are really doing they must not value their job very well especially if I have a lawsuit against them right now

I had my taxes done here. We also filed to get the stimulas money for my son that I had last year. I received a letter in the mail stating why I was not going to be getting the stimulas money I dropped the letter off and they said they would have the office manager look at the letter and the manager would call me and they never called me even after multiple phone calls myself and I even went up there and spoke to somebody on the office and asked for my letter from the irs back and they claimed they don't know what happened to it and yet again would have the officer manager call me back and they still never called me back. So after a month of no calls from the office I had another tax person look at my taxes and they told me my taxes were all messed up and even found more money that was owed to me on my return and they had to submit a amended tax return so I can hopefully get the money that I am due. And after having to pay them to redo my taxes and I called the customer service number and filed a complaint because not only could I not get anybody from the office to call me back I wanted my money back that I payed to have my taxes done because it was not done right and they lost my letter and never return phone calls and I had to put out more money to have my taxes done the right way. The customer service said they reached out to the office and somebody would be calling me back and that was on March 24th and here we are almost 2 months later and still not phone call from anybody. I am very disappointed I have used this office in the previous years and never had an issue. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anybody.

Last year as long as they did your taxes you was given $50 for letting them file for you .This year I was under the impression this is how things would work BUT was surprised to find out that I would not be receiving the $50 unless I was to pay my filing fee of $411.00 that day. Way expensive for a simple tax return. I don't recommend this place.
