I'm so pleased with the attention by Levin's staff in making our shopping experience great! Courtesies like offering my 91 yr old mother a wheelchair, doing some in-depth research to make sure our purchase was absolutely what we expected and, then, just plain nice conversation! I was unaware of Levin's dedication to compassionate, civic programs to help school kids, veterans and many other charities until my sister told me about those programs. I'm pleased with my choice of Levin and our furniture!

What a refreshing experience! Walked in looking for a recliner and walked out with a perfectly picked living room set. I worked with Meg (Store Manager) who greeted me immediately, made sure all my questions were answered, and then we closed the transaction. Will definitely make sure to tell my friends where to buy furniture in Niles.

Our sales person was very attentive. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at.
The two young men who delivered the bedroom set were very respectful and efficient. One item arrived damaged and the delivery person made all the arrangements to have a new one sent to me.
