I don't usually give out good reviews to car dealers as it is usually a painful game and process but Klaben Ford of Warren were great. Michael (Klaben), Gilbert and Gary were very professional, nice people, straightforward and I got a good deal and trade in on a sought after vehicle. Would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

I started my search with the dealer I bought my previous truck with. When they were less than helpful I went to Autotrader to look for a truck with the features I was interested in (Powerboost Lariat or XLT w/302a package and a moonroof). Carter reached out to me first thing the next morning and was extremely easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and even ran multiple financing scenarios for me. The next morning we met and the finance manager, “Pappy” made the paperwork process quick and painless. I’d highly recommend working with Klaben Ford of Warren!

Mike Urbania was very professional and was quick at finding me my perfect car. The dealership itself was very appealing and easy to access. Gilbert was excellent. He made the process fast and easy. Great communication. This was the best car purchase experience I have had hands down. I was able to do everything via phone without several hours at the car lot. He had everything set up for the final paperwork. 10 min process and he helped deliver the car and provided a bow to surprise my wife. Gilbert 5 star service

I bought this truck online from Klaben Ford in Ohio I’m in NY, Jim Maloney was my contact and help me get what I needed, evaluating my trade-in, setting up a date for me to come down. everything went really smooth, Jim made me very comfortable. Explain to me everything about the truck it is loaded with accessory’s. I had a great 200+ mile ride home. Want to add Klaben filled the 36 gallon gas tank up. Jim Maloney has called since I’ve been home to see how everything is going and has answered a few questions for me since.

I purchased a new explorer st from Klaben Ford today! I had a great experience! Gilbert was great! He had the vehicle out front, cleaned up and ready! Once i arrived we went on a quick spin, then started the paperwork, then immediately into the finance man Nick (who was awesome also), then Gilbert thoroughly explained the functions of my vehicle and help me do some setup, made sure he had answered all my questions and i was heading back home much quicker than i explected! Great dealership and great salesman and finance manager! Give them a look!

We went to Klaben to check out Broncos and possibly order one and Gilbert got us in one sitting on the showroom floor so we didn’t have to wait months to get one ordered. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend him.

I have purchased/leased quite a few vehicles from Gilbert. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and gives a great deal. When I call him he answers his phone/text and gets back to me timely. His customer service is amazing. After moving to NC , I still continue to use his services. My new auto was delivered right to my driveway. Such a comforting feeling, no hassles or hidden fees, just great service.
