Klaben Ford continues to be an Awesome 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dealership. “ALL KUDOS.” I, again, want to thank Michael Klaben Sr. for his outstanding professionalism as the Owner. A man who has a heart of gold. When I speak with different Staff Members, I feel Michael Klaben Sr. is in their hearts. This penetrates my heart and I feel this: “WELCOME TO THE FORD FAMILY” and “WE WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN HEARTS ALWAYS!” I also feel “DEEDS NOT WORDS” starting with Michael Klaben Sr. and filtering all throughout the Dealership. When pulling up into the Service Bay, they put a protective plastic covering over your seat and a white floor protector mat over your floor mat as soon as you drive in the Service Bay. Other Ford Dealerships do not do this and they should learn from Klaben Ford Service. Thank you and “ALL KUDOS” to the entire Service Department.

Went to Gilbert twice now to purchase vehicles. Both times we unexpectedly had trouble with our cars at the time, and were not prepared to really take on a payment. He worked with us, gave us our options, explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. I didn't leave feeling as though I had dealt with a "salesman" who was looking out for his best interest. I am very satisfied with both purchases, and felt confident that it was the right decision. The staff all around was very professional and friendly. Gilbert will definitely get you the best bang for your buck without making you feel pressured or uneasy. I will definitely go through Gilbert for any car needs in the future. Thank you again for everything, you've helped us out tremendously when we were in a tough spot.

These guys are amazing. They had to have dirt on somebody to get the deal I got. I'll spare you the long story, but don't get a new car without checking with these guys at some point.
