Both my daughter's went here when they were young and LOVED it! Now my son attends and also loves it! Teachers and all staff care about the kidz and it shows! Would definitely recommend. I've seen some of the negative reviews and What they Don't say is how long the administration, staff and everyone tried to keep ALL the kids who had been enrolled! And put up with them hitting, kicking, screaming, spitting and disrupting the rest of the kids. (Which is not fair to the other kids) And how many times the parents are told and warned that they need to do something at home about it or they will not be able to return. It's never a split decision. It takes quite a while for kids to get "kicked out" .. sometimes too long ?

My 3 kids have gone to Kidz by the riverside for 6 years and the owner, crystal and all the employees have always been so professional and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure not only the kids are learning but have fun too. The teachers are all wonderful and truly love my kids. I’ve never had an issue. They also always make sure that the safety of all the children is a main priority. I highly recommend Kidz by the riverside ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

all 6 of my kids have attended this place over the years and I have never trusted a daycare more with their safety, and well being. The staff and owner are great stand up people, This place has cameras all over the building to ensure the safety of your child. Highly recommend them.

This is a great place to bring your kids. Before my daughter went to kindergarten she did pre-school there. Her kindergarten teacher was amazed how much she among the other students. My kids love to come and hate to leave. That is a wonderful sign!! The staff is friendly and the owner and manger are understanding. Love it!

Last Wednesday I called Kidz by the Riverside and inquired about a bed/ space available for a 14 month. Over the phone the secretary was very polite,same day I came into the center to get application and paper work. I went to Job and family services that day to submit a provider change. Next day I called to see if my son was in their portal, the administrator said it won’t be in the portal until Monday or Tuesday . Today is Tuesday, and Yesterday I called the center and spoke with the secretary who told me when I asked if my son was in the portal, she said yes he was. Then the admistrator got on the phone and said, she need the paperwork and child care application. I told her I will have that in I just wanted to make sure he was in the portal first, the administrator was rude, you would think she would be the example, the secretary displayed more professionalism then she did. I also went to job and family services yesterday just to verify if they put my son into riverside portal so that I can go to work, they said that he is approved to go to the center. This morning I just checked my v.m and the administrator left me a messages stating that there is no bed for my son and i have to be put on a waiting list. Like, that is discrimination and unprofessional. Misinformation is the worst, I just wasted my time and now I have to go do another provider change and still miss days from work. Smh!!! I see why they have 2-3 star ⭐️ reviews . The Lord can see further than I can so it must be he first want my son in this facility, everything happens for a reason so I’m going to look on the positive and thank God for closing that door. ? Everybody doesn’t deserve to be the caregiver of your children. And from the experience I received from the administrator seems like her spirit isn’t godly, her and her staff could definitely use a class on customer service and professionalism dealing with the public. Just my thoughts.

This place should be closed down. My daughter broke her arm off the money bars there... She had no one watching her and I'm appalled at the fact that they don't take their time to watch little kids inexperienced to big things on the playground!!! I wish they get closed down!

Horrible!!! They told me they could watch children since I go to school and work at the same time. They even looked at my schedule for me to double check the availability of the center! Come to find out they aren't open Saturday and Sunday. They are so rude on the phone after your children have already started but when you just want some information about starting with the daycare they are so nice and polite. I've never had a worse experience than with kids by the riverside.
