Only shop that took responsibility for an error made and after having to return the vehicle they completed the job properly, quickly and free of charge. That's the way shops should be. Making a mistake is never the issue we all make mistakes. I will use them again for sure. Great job guys.

I was out of my hometown for work and my car broke down, it was towed to Jim's. I live 2 hours away and was nervous to find out what was wrong with my car. Jim's was able to quickly look at my car and figure out what happened. They were all welcoming, trustworthy and honest, exactly what you want out of a business! Thank you for the best service ever.

Do not take your car here. I had a 2016 Hyundai Veloster turbo I needed the turbo replaced in. I bought the turbo online, because they wanted $1200 for the part that I found for $400. Anyways they took about 3-4 weeks to install the turbo, and I also needed my Ac recharged. Get the car back seems to be running fine I figured it should run A1 after spending $900 in maintenance fees. Get it home, the battery dies and goes bad, leaves me stranded that same night. So whatever I replace the battery then the Ac stops blowing cold. So I’m thinking ok well then there’s a leak in the line. 1 week later you can hear the turbo trying to give the car power but the hose isn’t connected. I take the car to a real mechanic, turns out they didn’t clamp the Hose to the turbo on, and used the wrong freeon when recharging the Ac. Also when they tore apart the car to get to the turbo they put the wrong gaskets on and they put the exhaust back on the wrong way. There was grinded and stripped bolts almost everywhere too. Highly do not recommend this place despite the good reviews. They’re either very shady and do this so the can have returning customers or, have people working for them who are very careless. $900 down the drain and nothing fixed. Leaving reviews is something I never do, but this place is a complete joke. They lost several bolts to my cars engine and body. Some were replaced with bolts that had much smaller washers which makes them useless and others were never replaced. They left my front fenders, doors and door sills covered in grease. They failed to change a water pump that they charged me $230 for after I told them I already had a new water pump in the backseat of my car, which was an $80 difference in price and I had to take it back to them in order for it to get changed. They lost one of my fog light wiring harnesses(still not replaced), they damaged my bottom radiator hose, and left several scratches on my front bumper. They lied about cost pertaining to a brand new engine I purchased from summit racing after it sat at their building with my car for two weeks when they said the job would originally take 3 days. I am still very seriously considering legal action. I’m sure there are and will be more problems in the coming days/weeks I haven’t discovered yet as I’ve only had it back for one week. Do yourself a favor and pay more and go elsewhere. The extra money you might pay elsewhere is going to save you problems and aggravation.

Took cars here in the past did decent work but last 3 times I've called in the last 2 years they're too busy and you gotta wait days to get your vehicle seen so if you need immediate work I wouldn't bother callingServices: Auto maintenance
