Availability and ease of scheduling. Tami has been doing my taxes for years I'll never go elsewhere. The location convenient and clean, they followed the safety protocols.

For starters it costed me nearly 200 to file taxes through you and secondly the lady I had was trying to fix something that never needed fixed my appointment lasted an entire hour to file that was longer than needed to file taxes. My lady asked me if I had city taxes and all she had to do is look at the w-2, the way she worded the question was confusing so the city tax was a problem because I was about to recieve rita papers to pay into my city taxes when it wasnt needed luckily she caught her own mistake only by asking another employee for help 35 minutes into the appointment. H&r block was horrible never go there unless last resort. This place doesn't even deserve a single star on review.
