I've rented multiple times from different locations and never had a problem. This location seems to be the worst. I Uber and rented a car through them thinking I'd be okay. I get a phone call from the corporate office stating that I never paid after three weeks of having the vehicle. I had to pay two weeks of late fees and also make another weekly car payment on top of that. Then this week they never took the payment for the car and state I'm a week late and terminated my rental because they never took the payment. Aside from all of that the vehicle is nice at least.

Talked to Q about an hour ago to do car exchange..I asked if i could come in and she says yes but when i get there the store is locked..This place is poorly run and it needs to get better..

Scammed us out of about 200 bucks because "the rates went up" when we were renting while our car was being fixed. Found out the insurance won't cover us for the full amount because the company actually charged us for extra days without telling us and saying the price went up due to rates, not because they added days.

Will never rent from Hertz again. Upon arrival for pickup the attendant said they needed to clean the car first, even though we arrived a few hours after scheduled pickup. They gave my husband the keys after only waiting a few minutes. The car still had fast food trash in it and had a smell inside. We just figured whatever, it's a rental car it smells musty. My husband used the car for a work trip to Canada, drove it straight there and back. When he dropped off the car the attendant told him to just leave the keys on the counter and we were good to go, they would email him a receipt. A few weeks later I was shocked to see how much the charge was on our bank account. My husband was never emailed a receipt, he had to go to the Hertz website and find it. They overcharged the price per night AND a $200 charge for "outside washing". After emailing corporate, calling and waiting on hold forever, finally they told us that the interior of the car had to be cleaned by an outside company because there was animal hair in the car and it smelled like dog pee. We never had any pets in the car!! They basically said sorry but too bad. Now we know to never rent with Hertz and next time with any company will not just "drop off" the car without inspection with attendant. When picking up the vehicle we were given a price per night - when the car was returned the price had went up $30/night! Luckily that was refunded after fighting with corporate. I cannot believe how much of a headache this has been.

Experience was terrible. Customer service was trash. Can’t get a hold of. Nobody had my rental for four extra days because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody and then when I drove there, the lady and establishment told me they don’t answer the phone cause too many people calling. That just outright disrespectful and she does not need to be inside of Hertz working and I will you recommend not to rent from them

Hertz did not have the mid sized SUV I had reserved and only had a smaller electric vehicle. Because the EV was smaller than what I reserved, I was forced to leave one of my suitcases behind as it would not fit. I was also not expecting to drive back in an EV which took much longer to get back home with longer and more frequent charging stops. Because of this I arrived home after Hertz had closed, so I had to return the vehicle the next morning and was charged more for an extra day. If they had the vehicle I had reserved I would have arrived home much sooner and would not have had to leave my suitcase behind. The Hertz employees did not seem to care about these issues at all. By far the worst rental car experience I've ever had.

Very cheap to rent a vehicle. Every family vacation we rent a vehicle and never had any issues.

This company states that they rent from 20 years old and up and allows you to make a reservation online. Then when you go to this store they just tell you nope can't do it you need to be 21. This is ridiculous the car was needed for a business trip. It shouldn't be allowed to book a car if your not going to rent them a vehicle.

I have been coming here for months now, and the employees have all been awesome! They are great with my daughter too. This last trip I came back with a broken window, unfortunately. I believe it was the manager i didn't ask his name due to the circumstances, but he vacuumed all the glass so i could sit to get home. He really didn't have to do that at all, but he was super nice and did it anyway. I really do love the employees here.
