Got my haircut the last 3 times there And it was terrible the last time I went The lady tried to fix it and straighten it up and she couldn't even do It went to a Barber and got it done right You would think for $17. They would have someone there that knew what they were doing.

Lauren cut my hair today, my hair is curly on the top layer and straight underneath. I asked for about 8” off, medium well blended layers and Lauren did an AMAZING job!!! I will be returning for her services!!!

I just got my hair cut there yesterday and repeatedly asked and confirmed with the stylist that I wanted my hair at my shoulders. It's above my shoulders and uneven. I also repeatedly asked for her to cut my bangs, but instead she just went over them with the Scissors and now there's a chunk of hair missing on my right side. This is embarssing, I have to be on TV soon and my hair looks a mess. I didn't realize how bad it was yesterday because I got it cut between errands. Too short, uneven, she thinned it out too much to and my bangs are uneven and no where near curtain bangs. I'm never coming back. The stylist was very nice and I appreciated the conversation, but it doesn't fix my hair. I apologize for the rough review, but my hair is terrible and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Terrible haircut, the guy who cut my hair had no idea what he was doing, acted like he had no idea how to shampoo my hair, he had to ask for advise from other stylists and he reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager said he needed more training and she acted like it was no big deal.
