Got gas?

Was a good gas station until I tried to buy 87 for my work vehicle. Clicked 87 and that one was flashing but it pumped 92 and charged me for 92. I only noticed because I looked at my receipt saying I purchased premium. Explained this to the worker and she brushed it off as my mistake. See photo attached. The pump only has 92 as indicated by the arrow. Why did it let me choose 87… but force me to pay for 92??! But other pumps only have the arrow on 87. Something is not right and I tried to point out the issue but of course the attendant had not a care in the world.

Been pumping gas here for years and just love that location and the layout. The giant eagle gas perks are hard to beat. Propane exchange is always a breeze and the employees are always kind and courteous and above all friendly. The gas prices here are the best in the area especially when bundled with your giant eagle gas perks. Plenty of pumps and never a wait.

Usually in an out ,not busy in the morning hours. I use the my giant eagle points to get a better price on gas . Last time there I saved $44.00 dollars on gas ,got gas for $1.75 a gallon , and my truck has a 37 gallon gas tank . So it's worth shopping at giant eagle.

Horrible customer service. I spend my money to get gas and yet I use my perks to save money and when filling up one car Patricia says you can't double pump but you should have brought your gas cans. Can you please tell me what the difference is to put $15 in one car and put the other $15 in another car or gas cans? And then Patricia tells the customers "oh sorry they are trying to to double fill on there rewards points and that is what this is all about." And while pumping she says she will stop the pump. Ok so I promise you getgo I will never pump here again. I will write your corporate, blow up social media and petition anyone to not use that getgo. Trust me we will be talking to Susan.
