Just left here 1:40pm on 10/17/2023. Lady with dyed very black hair waited on us. Extremely rude. Incomplete curt answers. We were sent here by Dr Ali Kimyaghalam who by the way is excellent. I'm guessing his office is not aware of what type of workers they have here.

I called yesterday for the very first time to inquire about an item and the girl was very rude.I told her I'd already asked my insurance company if they covered the item and they said yes 100%.This girl persisted in telling me no it is not covered.So I called my insurance company back and they called her. Her name was Lindsay and the girl from the insurance company told me she was very rude to her too.So if I had listened to her in the first place I would have been paying $369 out of my pocket.I will say I got there today and a young lady named Amy took care of everything quite well.They do not have a restroom for senior citizens which is probably mostly who they deal with and I find that very wrong.For the long drive it took me to get there and the long time it took me to get my needs taken care of I had to run up the street and stop at a drugstore.Really not very impressed.

If I could rate it any lower I would terrible people lack of communication and just straight up unprofessional they also run an apartment complex which is way worse apartments are outdated maintenance doesn't keep up on anything bugs always get into the homes cause the place is poorly sealed then you had a ceiling caving in and it took them almost 2 years to fix it which seems like a safety regulation overall terrible experience every way possible from these people

I found all the products I needed at a really fair price. The staff was very nice knowledgable and helpful for everything I needed. I will definitely go back for my medical equipment supplies.

Went there to drop off a prescription for a breast pump. The person who had me sign paperwork clearly didn't want to answer my questions and showed this by interrupting me and being rude. I left my prescription to pick up once the baby was born and went back about a month or so later to pick it up. Was told that they lost my prescription and would have to call my doctor. My doctor's office wouldn't be open for 3 days... They ended up giving me the breast pump but I'm not sure how unorganized and unprofessional a business has to be to lose something as important as a prescription.
