I was in a few weeks ago and Alex cut my hair. I told her to cut it to my shoulders. She did not listen and cut it to my neck. I feel like she did not listen to what I wanted.

I think Alex helped me out, she did a great job on my eyebrows, which I'm glad cause she didn't ask me what I wanted. She was very nice and quiet which I do prefer in my service providers. And all the problems I have are not her fault. I can't believe how much a conditioner treatment cost. They didn't even have the awapuhi I wanted so I hope I was charged accordingly, but $29 for conditioner? Absolute robbery. I just got a trim and it seems okay, she didn't touch my layers and I couldn't tell what it really looked like at all because apparently it's also extra for them to blow dry your hair after a cut which IMO is appalling. Alex was a nice girl with cool tattoos but I will not be back. I should have just gone to the fancy salon for the prices I paid.
