We have been clients here for over ten years. It's always been somewhat of an issue but just gets worse. The vets are great. The women who answer the phone are terribly rude and in no way compassionate towards animals when there is an emergency. Honestly that alone is the reason I made an appointment with another local vet with much better customer service reviews.

Went here for a lot of years with all of my pets. I lost my dog in September of 2022 to old age and he was cared for at Town and Country. I called today to make an appointment for my new puppy and was told they couldn't give me anything for 6 weeks. When I asked why so long the girl said," well we haven't seen this pet". I said I had just been in there in a september with my other dog and she said that makes no difference. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they were all gone. All gone at 2:05 in the afternoon when they are open until 10:00 P Update: I called and spoke to Andrea, who I've known from taking my other dog to them and got an appointment within a week. Toby has had his Neuter here and loved the staff. The difference in the price for his surgery was over $300 less at Town and Country. So, we are going to Dr Drotar and she is great.

Called this place because it says hospital they would not see my dog.cause I take my dog somewhere else even though his condition could be life threatening.

The "emergency" part of this vet is ONLY available to existing patients. Maybe you should specify that ANYWHERE on your site instead of making that your giant selling point without any sort of astrick. The time peeople waste calling you to find out about such blatently false advertising is time their pets could literally be dying.

Dr Sparks and his staff are the best. He was my girl Cami vet. They loved her so much. In Jan 2020 she started getting sick. Dr Sparks tried everything he could possibly do. On May 27th I had to put her to sleep. I seen them too that they loved her. Thank you Dr Sparks and staff. You will always be in my heart.

I have been going to this Animal Hospital for over a decade. The Dr.' s care and the service is good. They can always get me in on short notice, emergencies and Saturday. Over the years a valuable and reliable resource.

If I could give no stars I would. The receptionists they have now are cold, and unsympathetic. It was much better when Dr. Sparks was there! I have brought my animals to This office for over twenty years, and will be going elsewhere now.
