The staff did great with my high strung 2 yr old pitbull. Good prices and his nails looked so nice with no Jagged or sharp edges. I was very pleased.

I love this place my 1st time here I couldn't express the care they gave Georgia girl they were exceptional with her being she's an elderly long haired dog that gets matted and tired easily I love how soft she was they will definitely continue to have my business I apologize as I can't remember the groomers name but she was fabulous working with her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you once again

Mary and her staff are wonderful people and they make our Myles look great when they are done. We used to use Petsmart until we found The Dog Depot now we will never take him anywhere else! Thank You Mary and your staff for taking such great care of our Myles !!!

We called and made an appointment three weeks ago and they took my dog back without any question when my mom dropped him off. They then called me while I was at work with complete attitude and told me they have no records, no appointment scheduled, or even a chart under my dogs name. Meanwhile, we were there June 15th and June 30th. I then called my mom to figure out the problem and she was almost all the way home in Hubbard before they even realized his name wasn’t in the schedule! They took my veterinarians name and made it into a chart, not our name. I called back to talk to the employee and I got nothing but arrogance, one employee was screaming in the background complaining they were so backed up and they couldn’t groom him today. The lady on the phone told me it was probably their fault because nobody wrote it in the book THREE weeks ago when we called! It was not our fault they didn’t put our dogs name down and we never received an apology, just charged full price and had to hear them complain about how short staffed they are. Very unorganized and unprofessional, I will not go back nor recommend this place!

First time at Pet Depot! The lady at the front desk was super sweet the whole process and our girl is beautiful! Husky’s are time consuming with all the hair and they did Great! Thank you so much!Oh and the bow on her color is a nice added touch❤️

We recently took our mini goldendoodle to get groomed at the Dog Depot. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist told us it would be three hours. He ended up there for more than five hours and it was very apparent when he came out that he was scared—it took him a good day to be his normal self. It was also clear that he’d not had anything to drink (it was a hot day) and that he’d not been out to the bathroom.The lady explained that they are short staffed and while I understand the challenges small businesses are facing, be realistic about the timeframe.

Hands down the best dog grooming center in Trumbull county. Marsha is an artist when it comes to taming my dogs thick, wild coat, and turning him into 15 pounds of cuteness. If you’re looking for a new grooming service, look no further. Kind staff that’s really easy to schedule and work with.

We didn't get pass the first door. They didn't tell me I would have to leave my dog there and I told them my dog is a fearful dog.I heard from another person they are great.

This is a great place to take your dogs for grooming!! Great prices, and they are fast. The owner, Mary, is the sweetest person you'll ever meet!! She and her staff will care for your dog like it's their own. My dogs love going there. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I highly recommend The Dog Depot!!!
