I have been going to Diane Sauer since she bought the dealership from Martin’s. We have four Chevy Malibu‘s and a GMC Acadia. We take all of our cars there for oil changes and anything that needs fixed. All of the people in service are so friendly and helpful as well as the cashier. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership in their service department. We’ve never had a problem With the service. I would feel completely comfortable telling anyone to take their car there for service. There is a $100 charge. If you’re having a problem with your car to have it looked at, but with inflation I think that’s everywhere now.

Joe made the experience great. He worked with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Finance was super easy. Papers were signed quick and everything was explained to me. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was super friendly.

Bought a used Pontiac from here a few weeks ago. Great sales team and I got a great deal. Easy to work with and everyone was extremely friendly and professional! I would highly recommend coming to Diane Sauer Chevrolet if you’re looking for a new vehicle! Shoutout to Adonis(salesman) and Mike Olesky( sales manager) for going the extra mile in customer service!

I love your service department. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable and have done a great job for me. And the prices are very competitive. I don’t go anywhere else anymore.

Ken Kramp, the salesman who dealt with us went out of his way to accommodate us. We had things happen that were out of our control and that interfered with our purchase, but he made it relatively easy for us. We told him this had to be the most difficult sale he has had all year. We really appreciate his cooperation

The entire process was a breeze. I booked my service appointment online for a time that fit my schedule. When I arrived at the dealership I was checked in immediately and in less than an hour my Traverse was ready to go. The service technician explained each service performed and the bill was just what I expected. I was very satisfied with the entire process and will return whenever my Traverse need service. Thank you!

I would give no stars if possible. Diane Sauers salesman Brian Grischow sold me a $30,000 lemon! I've had it less than a year and I've put over $10,000 into this piece of trash vehical to keep it on the road. I've had all the work done at 2 other local GM dealership shops so all the money and work can easily be verified. I've had to replace the catalytic converter, flex pipes, all rotors and brakes, 2 oxygen sensors (still need to replace the other 2), back wiper motor, caliper, some hose on the front tire braking mechanism and finally to top it all off I had to replace the transmission! LMAO! That's all I can really do at this point. I would in my opinion go to another dealership if you're really set on a GM car or truck and definitely not the the salesman mentioned. He's ignored me, they blocked me from leaving messages to warn other customers. But I won't stop trying to let everyone know what they did.

The salesman Brian Grischow sold me a $30,000 lemon. I've had the vehicle less than a year and have had to put over $10,000 out of pocket into it. All the work that has been done to this car has been preformed by 2 other local GM dealership shops with GM Certified mechanics so the work can be verified. Even after all the work the check engine light still comes on for an emissions issue. ive had so much work done on the emissions issue and they still can't figure it out. They totally screwed me over at Diane Sauers. Be careful who you deal with down there.

Service department busy but thorough. I had scheduled a ride to take me home, but the driver was not available. Inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Another customer actually took me home. My car was in the shop for 5 days until a driver was able to pick me up to take the car home. Again, not a deal breaker. Everyone was very polite and apologetic.

The sales team at Diane Sauer always goes out of the way to make for a good buying experience. My experience has been that their trade-in offer is better than other areas dealers. And they give that to you right off the bat so you don't have to wait on "let me take this to my manager". The service department is prompt and professional. Definitely my go-to when I'm in the market for a new truck or need service.

I think highly of our salesman Brian G. This is the 3rd Malibu I purchased from him and our son just purchased a sonic earlier this month. However I do not think highly of the service department. Jason in service advised me that “a” spark plug needed replaced which was unusual because they last 100,000 miles and my car had 36,000+. Of which I put on 12,000 since purchasing it last November. I was under the miles on my warranty when I made the appointment on 8/17, with the first appointment being 8/28. But was told that you go by the miles on the vehicle when it comes in for service-it was not my fault it took 11 days for my appointment. Then to learn that even if GM took in to consideration I was now 300 miles over the warranty, spark plugs aren’t covered? Brian G split the repair cost (which I don’t think is right on the side of Diane Saurer). When I came to pick up my car, Jason was on the phone, never acknowledged me but told a service tech “her keys are in the office and paperwork is over there” pointing to the cashier. No one discussed what was done. I sat in the parking lot looking over the receipt. I was quite annoyed-I’m not even sure how many spark plugs were replaced! Am I going to have another one go bad? Shouldn’t this be checked when the car is being sold as “certified”. I have already advised Brian that while I enjoy dealing with him, more often than not a customer has more interaction with the service department than the salesman, and unfortunately your service department does not appear to have time for your customers.

Greeted promptly. Friendly and very helpful sales staff. Not pushy at all. Treated us very well. Gave us options and let us make our own choices. Good value.

Not a place for me. Didn't even take time to look at my trade simply based the trade value on the mileage. A Pennsylvania vehicle that has to pass a yearly inspection for safety. Newly inspected, new tires. But let's just base the value on the Mileage. Guess just to lazy to walk out to check the car. And the fact that it took almost 30 minutes before we were even approached by a salesperson tells you even more of their unprofessional attitude in dealing with the public. Be wise shop else where.
