This place is absolutely horrible took my car to get repaired and they charged me 500 dollars for a supposed exhaust leak the car sounds horrible now and has gotten worse every day since we have gotten it back I called to ask what was going on and before I could even finish my sentence their employee got upset and started tell me that he can prove that the codes were showing and that it was the fault of an aftermarket converter but it didn't sound like this before we took it in!

Our sales person was amazing (Adonis), but that's all the good I can say. We drove an hour and a half for a car that they sold without informing us. We found another car we liked, and they were unwilling to work with us on price even though we found several comps at a lower price. It was a waste of our time. Definitely taking our business elsewhere.

I would give no stars if possible. Diane Sauers salesman Brian Grischow sold me a $30,000 lemon! I've had it less than a year and I've put over $10,000 into this piece of trash vehical to keep it on the road. I've had all the work done at 2 other local GM dealership shops so all the money and work can easily be verified. I've had to replace the catalytic converter, flex pipes, all rotors and brakes, 2 oxygen sensors (still need to replace the other 2), back wiper motor, caliper, some hose on the front tire braking mechanism and finally to top it all off I had to replace the transmission! LMAO! That's all I can really do at this point. I would in my opinion go to another dealership if you're really set on a GM car or truck and definitely not the the salesman mentioned. He's ignored me, they blocked me from leaving messages to warn other customers. But I won't stop trying to let everyone know what they did.

This Outfit goes above and beyond in sales. Used car for me, couldn't be happier with the deal. Emarie went above and beyond, even to go ahead and have small area painted AFTER we had made the deal. They didn't have to do that, but they did, extra money and time on them just to go the extra mile. Clap, clap,clap!

I took my care in for an estimate for body work. The woman that runs the body shop is extremely rude. I have no doubt that the body shop runs as well as it leader. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had the BEST experience here! With terrible credit and a previous repossession, I didn’t think I could get anything.. especially not the car that I wanted! Vince made the impossible, possible for me. He worked endlessly until I walked out with the car I wanted when he could have easily turned me away and saved himself from the headache! Definitely calling Better Business on this place! Very bad communication!! Owner very rude!! Doesn’t take the Time to listen to a customers concern she is too busy trying to think about what she is going to say to protect herself. Definitely believe all the other bad reviews on this page because they more than likely are also true after what I just experienced
