Somehow there’s always an issue with one script, which usually gets solved the same day/early next morning. Other than that it’s a great pharmacy. Prefer it over Parkman rd.

Parkman Rd CVS is horrible! Rude employees in the pharmacy, One older lady was very polite trying to correct the ignorant rude comments from the other 2. Will never go there again !

I come from Florida so I was so surprised how I was treated here. The techs always are so sweet and smile, and the pharmacist has always filled my scrip on time. It's not the fault of these people that they changed the store hours so why can't we be kinder in the fact these people are trying there best to make up for that. I think you guy's are awesome and I hope you never change your attitude because you are truly appreciated.

The workers call me by my name and ask how i and my grandchildren are. They always have my meds filled on time and text me to let me know.

So many times when I go to the pharmacy the people working there just don't seem happy to be there. I think today was my last visit to this location. I'm tired of the staff not being very friendly. Hey, CVS, we have other choices.

Pharmacy is a mess. Unfriendly staff and a pharmacist who just got in at 3pm in the afternoon!!!! When people call why not say we don’t have a pharmacist on staff.

Pharmacy closed at 6pm.They did not tell us there is no cipro in this area & it has been back ordered for weeks. My 94 year old mother sat all day waiting for her script.This is the second time this pharmacy treated us badly. I will transfer all her meds tomorrow morning. I am very angry & upset.I had to call hospice & have them phone something else into another pharmacy. It is dark & cold & I have to leave her alone to go to another pharmacy farther away. ?

On September 15, 2021 I came into the store and checked out my items I was buying with an employee named Jill. Jill rang me up at the cash register and I showed her I wanted to use this one coupon on my CVS app off my phone. I had my phone in my hand the entire time. Jill in a very unprofessional way told me in front of a customer that was standing behind me in line that I should have told her about that coupon before she started ringing me up. I told Jill that I didn’t know or I would have done that. Jill seemed to have a problem with me from the moment she waited on me. The manager was standing nearby and never came over to see what the problem was. I go to this store often especially to use the pharmacy. I should not have been treated this way. I will not be going into the store anymore and I may change pharmacy’s.
