haven't been there in years, stopped in today found a like new coach purse that I had to have. hope they are able to give out cash instead of just store credit soon.

The women that work there are very rude. They just throw your clothes all wrinkled up what they don't want.

Came from far away to sell here, and a sign is posted on the door saying that they will currently (temporarily) only give store credit for buys, not cash. There is no mention of this on their website; It actually says "All day, every day, in our store we pay you CASH on-the-spot...", with the word "cash" being capitalized. If this is your policy temporarily, that's fine. Everyone understands that businesses sometimes fall on hard times. That being said, not alerting sellers to that on your website when your policy literally says the opposite is unprofessional.

I brought a bin of clothes in that no longer fit, probably 25% of the items had tags on them. They went through my bin & gave back clothes with tags because they were from Old Navy. They gave me a choice $45 cash or $65 store credit. Didn't any anything thing great in the store. Kinda snobby.

This store is always clean and well organized. Very easy to browse, and the people are very nice. I love all my clothes that I have purchased here.

Very clean store, nice clothing/shoes; however, upon a recent visit, the music was so loud I couldn't even concentrate. I wanted to try a couple of things on, but didn't because I could hardly wait to get out of the shop. I realize everyone has different tastes in music. Listen to whatever you like, however loud you want in your car, your home. For a business, though, how about something softer and gentler that won't be offensive to your potential customers.

Edit 7/9: Yes, owner, I just like to randomly post bad reviews for no reason without ever going into a store (sarcasm)... I was at the Howland location on May 7th, 14th or 21st... it was a Saturday in May (cannot recall which exact one, but it was one of those days). Tried to sell two totes of clothes (lots of really good brands from Nordstrom, JCrew, Banana Republic, Old Navy). Several items still had tags!! They took maybe 4 things (Target stuff -- go figure!) for $11. A complete and utter WASTE OF MY TIME. I am so angry. This experience has turned me off from shopping there as a regular customer. Like the other reviews said...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO SELL THEM ANYTHING!!!

I live in Florida. When I come to visit family in the area, I always make this a stop. Clean, a lot of selections and nice ladies. I’m never disappointed.
