Never plowed snow last two winters so I had difficulty accessing my storage.
Never answered calls when I wanted to try and upgrade until after he made an appointment to meet with me to get a new unit.
Old unit track is so rusty I can barely get the door open anymore. Took two people and quite a lot of effort.
Vendor doesn't manage the business well.
