Superior customer service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered kitchen cabinets. There was one problem with the order and Tim was quick to help correct it and we cannot say enough about how amazing the whole process was ( purchase and correction). Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and helpful. Wonderful people!

Nice selections and syles of flooring, doors, and cabinets. Helpful staff. I have bought a lot of items here and the help load the heavier items.

Tim manages it and does a fine job. The cabinets there are fine quality. They work with you to get the best price and try to help you find good in their store to fit your budget. There are some things they don't have I wish they did and can't go low on everything just due mostly to space constraints. If you have a project though I would check them out before many of the big box stores like depot or lowes. Better help and prices on most things.

Nice store. Much smaller than the megastar across the street. But a nice selection of items needed to renovate a kitchen or bath. Prices seemed competitive. Small staff so be prepared to do a lot on your own. Shopping center location has plenty of parking and easy access.

Nick was awesome and helpful working with my wife and I to arrange our kitchen. Everyone else in other departments were very helpful and patient. Manager was super. To my surprise they loaded my truck. Great service all around!!!

Everyone is very polite and helpful, every time I have been here. The in-stock merchandise is higher quality than the big box stores at half the cost; AND with attentive and helpful employees, win win!!The only down side for me personally, is that they don't deliver, so I will have to rent a truck. I can't comment on the actual quality, functionality, or look of the cabinets yet, as I am waiting for a few that were special ordered to come in before I pick them all up. Will update when they are installed

We went to our local Home Outlet in Warren, Oh. Wanted to see if we could custom build a small kitchen island. Got excited when we saw a sign stating that you could do that-just ask an owner! (employee) Didn't mind waiting a short time-it was a Saturday and they were busy. Very disappointed when someone finally did come over. Didn't seem interested in all to see what we were looking for. Never sat down with us to go over options and just seemed in a big hurry to be doing something else. If he wanted us to take our possible business elsewhere, he got his wish. We won't ever recommend this place and won't be back.

Good prices on vinyl floor tiles. Friendly and helpful employees. Not the biggest selection but it's worth the trip there if you find what you're looking for on their website.
