They made it very easy and helped suggest the tires for my vehicle. Didn't try to upsale or take advantage of the situation I was in. Will be going back forsure.”

“I always come here, and they seem like they’re quick polite and on it. But on this particular day, they seem distracted not with it. I, had a low front tire And when I left it was still low. I seen one of the gentleman grab the air to fill the tires, but apparently did not. I was there on June 11 of 2024 at 2:53 PM. I always come here because usually they are on it and quick and polite. I will give them another chance bc they deserve that. Thanks”
“I am on my way to Pittsburgh for a meeting. I enjoy driving. I knew my tire tread was getting on the low side but i thought the tires had one more trip in them…then i started hydroplaning. I called NTB in St Clairsville and told them i was heading their way. They had me back on the road fast. Thank you NTB!”

“Truck broke down@4:30 PM; called Stonebraker's (based largely on the POSITIVE reviews) and Randy answered, listened to my description of what was wrong and immediately went to truck. He fixed the truck, called me and said we would settle up on the bill the next day. Invoice was more than fair and he made suggestions of how to prevent this from happening again. “My car broke down on I-70 while driving from Indiana to Maryland two days before Thanksgiving. Several auto shops we called said they wouldn't be able to look at the car for a week or two. Dennis not only checked out the car the same day, but he was so kind and generous to us. He let me, my girlfriend, and my small dog hang around inside as long as we needed as we sorted through our situation. We had to get a rental car, and the closest place with availability was in Washington, PA, an hour away — and we couldn't get an Uber or Lyft to pick us up out there at Dalps. So Dennis let us drive *his own car* out there to make sure we could get our rental car in time before the Hertz closed. He may never know how much we appreciated that and how taken aback we were by his generosity. Suffice to say, I would certainly trust him to fix any issues with my car, anytime.”

“I needed a transmission repair! These people KNOW auto repair. They drained the fluid installed a screen and replaced the fluid. Also they noticed my brakes needed an improvement - they mentioned it but I needed my vehicle to travel. Repair was under $250. Extremely reasonable. I will be back for sure! Wish I lived closer!
Not fancy shop but fancy just means more expensive. I appreciate the simplicity.
I was back 2 weeks later for the brakes and I hit a mailbox with my mirror(Ughhhh) brakes fixed and Chad - was awesome! Brakes fixed in one day! Mirror ordered and fixed the next day too!

“3rd experience visiting this shop (I believe 3 times... lol) each & every time, super kind & courteous on the phone & in person. Last week I needed a full windshield replacement. It was cracked 2 thirds across... (purchased it off a FSBO that way) Explained that I needed slight accommodations for my appt, no hesitation on their part, brought vehicle in & they started right away. Sweet young lady at the front desk explained everything to me, how to take care of the windshield over next few days etc...they were able to have my vehicle finished a few minutes earlier than what they quoted, they made it such a easy experience for me.
