“I always come here, and they seem like they’re quick polite and on it. But on this particular day, they seem distracted not with it. I, had a low front tire And when I left it was still low. I seen one of the gentleman grab the air to fill the tires, but apparently did not. I was there on June 11 of 2024 at 2:53 PM. I always come here because usually they are on it and quick and polite. I will give them another chance bc they deserve that. Thanks”
“I am on my way to Pittsburgh for a meeting. I enjoy driving. I knew my tire tread was getting on the low side but i thought the tires had one more trip in them…then i started hydroplaning. I called NTB in St Clairsville and told them i was heading their way. They had me back on the road fast. Thank you NTB!”
“I recently had to get tires for a Cadillac CTS ( the granddaughters) and of course they (Zack) had exactly what I wanted. While I was there I figured I’d ask the impossible, Zack was so helpful. I told him what I didn’t like about the tires on my Subaru ( I just bought it a couple of months ago) and would like to change the width, which on an all wheel drive car can be tricky, and Zack says “give me a minute! Long story short, I left with the best tires I could ever find at a size that is “perfect “!!! And the price was awesome!Thanks Zack!!!”

“I blew a tire on my way home from work. I got the spare on and called Dennis as he does all my tire work. He told me to come right over and at 9:00 pm he fixed my tire. He left his family and his supper to take care of me. That is why I go to Dennis. You won’t find better prices on your car and truck tires and the service is unheard of these days.
