This TA truck stop must be one of the oldest I've stayed at. It was quiet and not too busy. Their food options, outside of the restaurant, weren't very appetizing. But, at least the restaurant was open and offered the buffet. It probably would have been cheaper to order from the menu than to eat from the buffet. The breakfast buffet, with a drink, was over $18 before tip.

Travel America Truck Service is up and running again. It has a store and restaurant inside besides the gasoline and diesel pumps. I found very good gas prices when I was there.

I stop for an air leak on tractor brake. They took me in right away and fix it in one hour. (Place was not so busy at this time). People was nice and courteous. Very good service. I recommend the place.

My truck broke down at 9 AM The week of June 5th. The TA helped me locate a tow service, diagnosed my truck and had it fixed and back on the road by that afternoon. This is my first breakdown on the side of the road with me not driving and a driver driving my truck. The service center took good care of my vehicle. It’s the best service I’ve had in a long time. I really needed that level of professionalism. It made my whole last few days better and took away a ton of stress. They let me test drive my tractor after brake service and checked both the tractor and trailer brakes and found another issue. I would go here over anywhere the next 100 miles out. Easily the best of any type truck service I’ve had in a long time.

Horrible If I could give it a minus 10 I would Husband and I stopped for dinner. Ordered fish and baked potatoes with vegetable of the day which waitress said was corn. Food came after a little while. Corn had red peppers in it which I don't eat so sent it back. Asked for a bun or slice of bread and was told there is an extra charge for that. We paid 15.00 for that lousy meal and couldn't get a piece of bread. And ketchup bottle was so nasty that I asked her to wash it off for the next people. She did agree it was literally dried on ketchup. So than we go to the other side to shop. Found a blanket and the price under the pile said blanket 12.59 Cashier rang up 15.99 I said no and showed him and he said oh they are not on the shelf in the right spot. Would not honor the price. Overall the place is horrible. And years ago it was a very nice place
